Once again Tulip tribe did not disappoint me. I am learning a lot about flowers, color theory and design mechanisms..its a whole open university anyone can learn. I started my floral journey 3 years ago when landed to Canada and Canada welcomed me so well. Soon my work was praised by customers and my employer as well although I was just helping all those seasoned and professionals perfect in their work, techniques...I just did not tape the vases for them also observed a lot and learn from them..like a silent lerner, then a while ago I joined you and thn like doors started opening how things being made and what is the theory behind every design...
During pandemic when we were all confined to our homes I introduced my own website with the help of my 17 years who helped me developing website and content writing.
God is great its been 6 months I am working from home, set up a small studio in the besment. I don't have a cooler but I leave my window open to keep my flowers cold, I don't pick up all from suppliers, I purchase and leave them in their storage and take what I need gradually. I'm sharing this because nothing can stop you once you determine what you want to to.
Each passing day is a learing till last breath.

Okay so I experimented with what I learned from this video and used the color wheel by using the color directly across from each other. Oh I loved the colors! It was so vibrant. I do have a question though. I like fashion too and they talk a lot about the color wheel. However, theirs is just a tad different. Is this because there are different color theories and it depends on which you use?
That's great Garlic Girl! The more you dive into color theory the more elaborate the color wheel becomes.
This woman is just wrong!! Opposite colour contrast... like red and green. They do not compliment each other
Thank you for your comment, Hen9207. Red and green are complements and work very well together as a pair. Also green works as a neutral in floral design since it is found in both flowers and foliage.
