  • Let's go catch some dinner! It's snapper season here on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Ya'll come Join me for a fun adventure offshore in the 24' Bay Boat. We go 21 miles out into the Gulf of Mexico to fish sunken artificial reefs with live pinfish. We're fishing in 110 feet of water! We also make some cool stops along the way! Let's go fish.

      You can often hop on a charter boat for less than $100 bucks. They will even rent you gear if you don't have your own.

    Getting my little bay boat ready here in MS, and pinfish are one of my favorite redfish baits. Definitely appreciate all your videos giving me a bit more of deep water education as I work my way off the shallow reefs. You ever think about camping on your boat overnight with a small tent or canopy?

    Saw that veteran plate on the truck. I retired from the Marine Corps myself. I’m up in auburn but plan on making a lot of trips to orange beach to fish. Grew up fishing out of Panama City, my family had a boat down there we took out just about every weekend. Freshwater fishing just doesn’t scratch the itch

    On my main line connection for braid I like to use a Palomar and then top it with a uni to pad the knot. It only takes a few seconds and I don't have to buy beads.

    Oh man looks so good. I used to go crappie fishing with my old grand pa, and we'd fill a 5 gallon bucket with slabs. He'd fillet em, and Id get the tails for frying. Fish potato chips is a perfect way to describe them.

    i was at one of california of many bait barges, my dad was buying a half scoop of bait, wen i look inside are home made bait, there was 10 - 20 mahi mahi 3-4 inch long, we let them go, the limit is 5 per person in cali.

    Dude I am enjoying your channel so much. I live in west Tennessee and am planning on moving to the Pensacola area soon. I found your channel while looking up florida fisherman and I enjoy your channel more than the Pensacola guys! That fish looks so freaking good. We have bluegill and catfish here that we fry up, of course bass and crappie too, but Ive never tried a fin. I can’t wait to try one!

    I like your bottom rig set up. But with 60# top shot, you can safely set your drag up to 20# and you wont have s snapper that size taking out drag or getting you into that structure.
