One of the most beautiful albums to come out in the last 20 years. Can’t wait for you to check out their third album, crack-up. It’s a lot more experimental, but it’s incredible.
It’s always between HB and Crack-Up as my favorite Fleet Foxes record. I think it changes depending on the given day, but you can’t go wrong with either.
My friend told me that The Plains/Bitter Dancer is the definition of "put on headphones and have your mind blown." Hands down my favorite track on here, probably from their whole catalogue.
@snowy, I highly highly recommend listening to Squid. They have two albums, but are a fantastic listen. They are a band that came out of the Windmill scene (black country, new road, black midi) have a very unique sound, and the lead singer is also the drummer, and not just for recording wise, at the live shows he plays drums and is singing at the same time.
I’m already a huge Squid fan actually!! Last year O Monolith was my favorite of the entire year :) I actually just saw Squid live recently too and got to meet them, they are super awesome and humble people. They also put on an INCREDIBLE live show my god they are so talented
@@snowy6301 They are absolutely amazing. The music translates so well and Robin sounds lovely. If you do end up seeing them at some point please let us know! 🙂
LFGGGGGH AHHHH i highly suggest "our endless numbered days" album by iron & wine, it seems right up your alley and sam is a dang lyrical and instrumental POET
Witness Helplessness Blues live was a life changing experience, very glad you enjoyed this :) (Their other couple of albums are very underrated imo you should give them a try as well)
Love your content, man! I look forward to new videos soon. I highly recommend Ágætis byrjun by Sigur Rós if you haven't listened to it already. It's one of my favorite albums ever made and I think it would be right up your alley(:
oh my god we won. we fucking won lets GO
Glad it was worth the wait lmaooo :,)

Yes same it grew on me so much
also maybe why Ragged Wood is my favorite from debut, something about tying three seemingly distinct pieces of music into one incredibly unique song
Best band for me. Not even close. Everything hits me.
I agree with your take on Helplessness Blues - transcendent. But the whole album is incredible ✨️
fantastic record fantastic band. i always knew you would love them.

Personal favourite of theirs for me. The Shrine/ An argument 🖤🎶. Love to hear your take on John Coltrane- A Love Supreme

If you continue with Fleet Foxes at some point I'd definitely recommend their EP Sun Giant if you haven't already heard it
