2:11 In case you wondered, the cammer can make a claim against the other driver's insurance even though he didn't collide with the car. If the other vehicle causes you to have an accident, it is the other vehicle's fault. This very thing happened to me but I was going about 45 mph. Never made contact with the other vehicle, but it was a choice of being seriously injured or swerving to hit some poles. The other driver refused to give me any information. I called the cops. They asked to see the video and they actually wrote the other driver a ticket because of the video. The cops got me their insurance, and I settled for around $20,000 of damages.

8:35 this is a terrible attitude to have in slippery conditions; that driver knows the state of their car better than you do. What if they had crappy tires and were keeping within their equipment's capabilities, or what if they had a close call earlier on deceptively slippery roads? Maybe they're being cautious of black ice forming after the sun went down?
I'd much rather have someone drive cautiously at 15 when others are going 30 in a 45 on a calm road during snowfall, than get hit because they were going carelessly fast. Cammer could've just gone around them in the empty lane, without causing a fuss.

People just value entitlement and pride over safety. They'd rather try to teach the other person a "lesson" by brute forcing their claim to the ROW, and risk getting into an accident, instead of allowing the person to make their mistake and follow through without getting involved. Too prideful to slow down and let the stupid take the ROW, and they want to prove that they're in the right and in control.
A little humbling and caution would do these sort of drivers good.

Left turn arrow from cammer side and main light are turning yellow simultaneously, there is no way the jeep wasn't in the intersection while staring at a red arrow for a while. Nissan should not have ran, clearly, but the jeep also was sitting in an intersection VERY much when they should not have been. EDIT: the more I look at this and see the gap the KIA behind the jeep had to the line, implying the empty space left by the jeep; combined with the way you can watch the jeep rock back pretty hard (you can watch the lights physically angle up) at the start of the clip, I think the jeep was trying to run the yellow when they, once again, should not have been

At 7:26 , given how the light had just turned green, and the absolutely massive size of the semi, it likely wasn't safe (or even possible) for the semi to brake in time, thus explaining why it ran the red light. That said, the escort cars should have stopped.

1:10 That Nisan turned as if there was NOBODY else in a 50Km radius.
2:05 Where I live, that intersection don't need a NO U-TURN sign : Traffic lights = NO U-turn. Solid median = NO U-turn. There are a few intersections like that one where U-turns are allowed, and they all have a sign telling you that U-turns are allowed.
5:45 99.999999% that the driver was reading some texto, or writing one.
8:45 Maybe the guy had some old Summer tires... THAT would justify going that slow, but then, what was he doing in the left lane ?
For to many drivers, their car end at their shoulders. In what passes as their minds, everything behind them DO NOT exist.

Left lanes are usable by everyone when it isn't the freeway. "Slower traffic to right"' doesn't apply on roads and streets with left turns everywhere.
It's almost like road rules vary a bit based on the duty of the paved surface.

@ 4:59 first of all that move was pretty stupid to begin with. Second, you drive a mini van, you don't have enough torque for you to clear that intersection. Some people just don't understand their cars.
@8:36 yes the car in front should've moved to the right, due to their circumstances (crappy tires, lack of confidence driving in the condition) I would've just taken the right lane and then cut back after passing him / her. But the cammer was driving a bit fast for the slippery condition.
