@@ArielDavid-ih9xy yes she gave me a white paper that contains informations bout my legal rights in the united state, they kept my passport, Criminal record, birth certificate and marriage certificate. She asked me just 4 questions she didn’t ask me for address or even the evidence I printed out she didn’t even ask, I was surprised to my self lol, all she said is explain how your met your spouse and I did she even cut me off to ask next question. She didn’t even look at my face she was just typing next thing I heard was ok that’s all we will contact you when the visa is issued..

Between 12-17 months. You should get your interview either late this year or early next year.

I once applied for b1 b2 visa before and was denied , going for a k1 interview are they going to ask me questions on my b1 b2 that was denied ?
Possibly. Just be truthful. They won’t deny you of your K1 visa if you keep your answers short and precise.
