This was the first season I watched as it was coming out. I was a freshman in highschool, and this episode was ALWAYS playing because it had to take the place of the reruns for the infamous 200 and 201 that came immediately before it. This entire episode is nostalgic for me, 2010 being my freshman year and really getting into South Park!

Very similarly, this was I believe my sophomore year, although I had been into SouthPark heavily for a while, this was the season that was playing during one of the best years of school and my most nostalgic season of south park BY FAR. I remember boarding up my room with a towel under the door, light an incense, crack a window, turn a fan on, hold a hit in and buckle up for a new episode of SP, and EVERY SINGLE ONE was a banger that year. I didn't find out until later what happened with 200 and 201 and have since watched them a bunch but I dozed off during the original airing of 200, and accidently deleted my recording of it, and the 12:00 version that was supposed to play uncensored played heavily censored shortly before they pulled it and burned it completely. So, I lost a gem haha.
I loved summer camp when I was a kid. believe it or not, the name of the camp I used to go to was called camp woody lmao. I used to win an essay contest every year to get in for free. shotguns, archery, hunting, skeet shooting, flag football on an island at night, it was actually pretty dope.

I remember him picking me up in his van after t-ball practice, it was cool because it always had candy! He always had a warm popsicle in his pants too, cream-filled I think? I love that Nathan uses down syndrome stereotypes to his advantage by acting all innocent when confronted by counsellors, even though he’s actually an evil mastermind. Genius.
As someone mentioned in another video, might have been one with Timmy & Jimmy, that the show treats the handicapped kids just as any other kid. They have proper, full stories and personalities and the only thing that even hints at them being handicapped is their voice, mannerism and their drawing. No pity or coddling because of who/what they are! They elaborate a bit on this in the episode "Timmy 2000" (Season 4, Episode 3)

Wow I never noticed before rewatching this alongside your reaction- when they say Towelie started smoking Marijuana 9 years ago- that's because he was introduced in the 2001 episode "Towelie" as the lovable stoner towel we know- and 9 years later, in 2010- this episode aired.
Rewatching this episode now provides much more context to Towleyeyes journey. When this episode premieres it was only April 28th 2010. Far more than 2 days ago.
I paused the beginning of the video because I wanted to see if anyone in particular was behind where Kenny pops his head out above the sign and zoomed in and I ended up looking at the intro screen frozen at the characters for about 15 minutes! There is a lot of detail and clearly past characters in there. And some that are not, it was fun to look at that for a bit. Kind of a where’s Waldo of South Park! I recommend trying!

If I remember correctly, this was the 202nd episode of South Park overall, coming right after the hugely controversial 200/201 two-parter. After having those two episodes heavily censored on account of featuring the Prophet Mohammad, Matt and Tray made an episode in which a handicapped kid gets raped by a shark and haven't heard any complaints from the network.
6:35 The guy with the dark hair right behind Jimmy while blue team was sitting in the canoe was acting like a reference as Sylvester the cat from Looney Tunes. I can tell on account of its lisp and his look. Overall the other Looney Tunes references in that episode is pretty funny and obvious to know Lal 😄 (lal = laughing a little)

If I remember correctly, this was the 202nd episode of South Park overall, coming right after the hugely controversial 200/201 two-parter. After having those two episodes heavily censored on account of featuring the Prophet Mohammad, Matt and Tray made an episode in which a handicapped kid gets raped by a shark and haven't heard any complaints from the network.
There really was a girl on Intervention named Allison who did the computer duster and it was the best episode ever.
Since there's a writer's strike going on right now, this would be the perfect opportunity to react to "Canada on Strike" (Season 12 Episode 4).
