    INGREDIENDS
    1) Boneless Mutton Boti - 500 gms
    2) Oil - 1/4 cup
    3) Salt - 1 tea spoon
    4) Turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon
    5) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tea spoon
    6) Curd - 3 tea spoon
    7) Curry leaves - some
    8) Green Chilies - 2 chilies slit cuts
    9) Kashmiri red chili - 2 tea spoon
    10) Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    11) Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
    12) garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon
    13) red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    14) black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon
    15) fresh coriander - some freshly chopped.
    COOKING METHOD
    - Heat the pan and some oil in it. Now add the mutton pieces in to it. now fry mutton for 2 to 3 minutes on high heat. Mutton gently sizzles in the pan, releasing its tantalizing aroma. The sizzling sound of muttons bring the promise of flavorful outcome. As the mutton cooks, its releases its natural juices. The aroma intensifies, filling the kitchen with mouthwatering scent.
    - Now add Salt, Turmeric and Ginger garlic paste and mix it all well. Now cover and cook till mutton is well cooked.     - Now remove the lid, and mix all well. Now its time to add spices, but before that we need to add curd in to it and mix all well.
    - Now add Curry leaves, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder. The sight of the spices adorning the mutton ignites excitement for the flavors to come. Mix all well and dry roast the mutton in to the spices.
