Hello sir good morning, after completing M. Pharma i have work in FR&D but after 3.5 year of experience due to some family issues i cant continue my industry job. I want to change my field can u suggest me which on is better for me medical coding or pharmacovilance

Actually pharmacovigilance field is saturated.... layoff happens very frequently in a year or so....and many companies are selecting candidates by reference and not by talent...
This condition is not only in Pharmacovigilance but in all segments. Demand and supply ration has been disturbed. And we all knew the reasons.

Understand in simple words
PV is a job of Drug safety monitoring of new drugs after their market launch.
Mostly US based Pharma companies doing drug discovery and development then obviously they have to do Pharmacovigilance also.
Most Pharma companies carried out this Pharmacovigilance exercise through CRO ( Contract Research Organisation) like IQVIA, Paraxel etc. then these CRO companies started hiring Indian Professionals. Once their work is finished ( as per contract) then this Layoff situation happens.
Soon I'll make a video on this topic then I'll cover every aspect.

I was a data analyst in Accenture. I am a b.pharm graduate. Accenture sac me 1 year ago just for their project issue. They are purely project basis job. Not secure for medical students.
I'll advise you guys plz don't go for PV or medical devices or data analyst.
IT jobs are not secure. AI will replace you one day. Then you will suffer definately.

Sir i want join pv but i don't know how I entry on this feild please sir help
Sir currently I'm doing my job in analytical Rnd department but i am not satisfied with the rnd work so i want to switch the department towards pv or cdm. But many people saying like because of AI interference the demands and opportunities of jobs in this sector decrease so not to go for this kind of jobs. Is it right?
And one more question i have ,
The companies related to clinical research sector they are working on the basis of contract with clients so if the contract is over than what about our job ?

Company and Job Profile is quite good but salary is not up to the mark. Even then this deal is not bad. Working in a good organization always gives you a lot for your future growth.

Sir, will there be any benefit of working in pharmacovigilance after completing my M.Pharm in terms of promotion or if we are considered normally after completing B.Pharm?
B.Pharm is enough to start but M.Pharm in Pharmacology will definitely add some benefit.
My suggestion: If you are going for M
Pharm then goes for the best colleges otherwise B.Pharm is enough.
