At fresher level wont make much difference...but going forward in your job your post graduation may help you to grow in your job fast....but again only qualification won't do this...so it's always combination of qualification and your dedication and accountability in job...I hope you got my point...

Hello Neeraj, thanks for commenting. As per my suggestions and experience you should not go for M pharma. Try your best to get job inside any vertical of clinical research, because the experience you get through job is far better, relevant and important than any college degree. As you are already a B pharm, so look for jobs with this degree and do whatever it takes to get the job.
