I have a very simple question for bpharm graduates whyyy dontt u guys go to abroad or start u'r own business / retail / manufacturing or wholesale ????
Actually I have a question I joined production Coating department. Is coating have future like granulation and compression. Should I switch my department. If switch the which department should I choose granulation compression coating
At the Initial Stage, everyone has to start with one segment ( Granulation, Compression, Coating, Filling, Packaging etc). First focus on learning core principles of operations, working principle of Equipment, SOPs, Batch Records. Simultaneously learn about Quality Management Systems. Once you understand the whole scenario then you can handle any section. And for higher position growth you have to know these things.
I really feel B.Pharm is the most stupid degree, it carelessly teaches you and pressurizes everything on you. What's the utility of this? After B pharmacy, you'll surely get a job if your college is reputed. But the salary is extremely low and most importantly, you'll not get the job nearby your house( I don't mean your neighbour should be your office.) You have to go to other states and surviving is difficult with that salary. It's too tough. Also, the course is itself hotchpotch type. It teaches you everything but ultimately void. Even after M.Pharm, you'll barely get a goob job. Government job is as always rare. And the overloading, you have to work hard a lot.
