    I’ve been instructing Pilates for more than 25 years. When I look for ideas,it’s rare that I find things that I haven’t done.       you're welcome! A lot of it was inspired by moving on the larger pieces equipment such as the reformer.

    I LOVE Evening pilates so much and today I happened to reach my step goal earlier than expected so I got to do this workout! I wanted to challenge myself with new movement and I want to incorporate my rarely used yoga blocks into my movement routine more frequently and this was exactly what I needed! Its also raining so I get to smell and hear the refreshing rain, the crickets outside, while doing an amazing workout!
    You seriously make some of the best pilates workouts on youtube! You're so creative :)

    love the whole thing. great stretch to be in mermaid sitting on top of block. leg work - felt the burn and shakes :-).

    I liked using the blocks with the lunge and plank. That opening sequence was killer on my hips, I will be adding it to my workouts. Thanks!

    Thank you for this workout. I liked the part with the legs' exercises. It was challenging and it really made me feel that my legs got stronger

    Unique, works different muscles. Builds some heat, and balances stretching w/ strengthening..

    Wonderful and fresh routine! Only warning I would add is that your cat may think the 2nd block is a pillow for himself. All went smoothly after I cleared up that misunderstanding. 😁

    Like the sequence but in between some exercises slow down a bit, not everyone is the same,sometimes there is more rushing up....

    I loved this session. I use the block leg glide with my prenatal clients, it felt so yummy in this session. My favorite was the mermaid variation with the block, so juicy on the hips ! Thank you
