Olive and avocado oils are good fats - you need fat to live. Enjoy it!
At 120 cals per tablespoon it looks like they're doubling the cals on some of those recipes just with the oil....

Daniel Morton Calories are what count at the end of the day. If you’re consuming your maintenance level of calories with these types of whole food oriented meals, which have healthy fats btw which are essential for hormonal balance, you’ll be extremely fit and healthy seeing that you were also active. The fat from extra virgin olive oil is a lot different to the fat in processed trashy foods.

Creative ways for people to be healthy and have fun cooking. Good for the average healthy family. Sometimes too much nutrition isn't a good thing.
They forgot to mention some important elements to have before making these dishes:
1-Time (to shop and prepare meals)
2Lots of money (to buy all the items, to order all the ingredients that are not available online or replacing them will assist work, a big fridge for the items used)
I made the first one using coconut oil instead so dam delicious with hint of coconut 🤤

High oil, high carb, low protein and long time to cook... Today should be reverse day.
I made this and it was easy to prep and easy to cook. The cost where I am is a bit more expensive than cooking rice, a few chicken breasts, salmon, and eggs for the day.
I'm curious, what was the total amount in your receipt?

How many Can I freeze it? I want to make one month food
Amazing, looks delicious, satisfying and good macros and nutrients. These recipes would actually make me full and prevent me from eating too much and not only do I get protein but I get good quality protein (except maybe the soy) AND healthy fats AND fibers AND lots of micronutrients and maybe even some antioxidants. So much better than any protein pancake recipe, where you just wanna eat more, they're bland, full of fake sugars (stevias good though) and no nutrients bruh. Thank you tasty, yeah it may not have 30 grams of protein under 500 calories but it gets the job done and encourages better eating habbits. I use to be like the guy that would hate these recipes because they have like no protein, until I realized nutrients is important as well not just protein. And also learned that when I eat whole foods I feel way more satisfied than processed food. And if you really want more proetin, just make a protein smoothie on the side or add some meat, its really not that big of deal. Thank you tasty
