I'm very happy for her, but also worried. Her lack of experience and her abusive household makes her more vulnerable to further abuse by new predators. I hope she's getting professional help, and also has good people around her.

She is already being abused and she doesn't even know it. All this media exploitation she's getting is gonna get her in an even darker place in the future! She is so inexperienced that she thinks these people are her "friends", but in reality they see her as a money making machine with a "catchy" story to sell.

Totally valid that people are concerned about this young woman being vulnerable out in the world but, don't underestimate this brave woman. She took a risk into the unknown to save herself and her siblings. No one was coming to.save her, she did that herself. I hope she remains resilient and wise and goes from strength to strength. 🙏

I’m a girl from a Muslim country my family extremely abused me and locked me in my room for 19 years I still can’t get out what I went through is so much worse my entire life is hell and I don’t think they will be punished at all because in our countries abuse is not a crime

@@ManyLegions88 it's not that. She has been in an isolated and abusive environment . If someone shows a bit of love and comfort they can easily manipulate her since she is still naive to this world. People who come normal families get lost in this industry, end up taking drugs. Now for her, with her past , she is more susceptible to it. That worries me and don't want her suffer any more in the future.

Despite all she's been thru, she's doing great at overcoming it. You can tell from her speech and struggles with her vocabulary she lacked interaction. She's an inspiration that your trauma doesn't define you.
Yes only her two oldest siblings went to school, and only until like 4th grade - then those siblings taught the rest of the brothers & sisters (including Jordan) how to read & write.
Considering the environment she grew up in it’s so incredible how independent she is. It’s hard to break the habit of living in filth when you’ve grown up in it. It’s hard to break the habit of spending your day alone inside when that’s all you’ve known. But she threw herself out into the world..and is just THRIVING.

Her Older Siblings are Homeless on the Streets, Her younger Sisters who were placed in Foster Homes were Abused Mentally, physically. What a hero!
After years of abuse I was left with a crippling low self esteem that makes it so I can’t wear anything pretty as I was always told I was ugly and worthless and to this day I struggle with that. To see this young lady go through something ten times worse and still hold her self value and know that she deserves to wear what she wants and dares to smile and enjoy now every moment to make up for those lost is… I have no words. This woman is strength personified and I hope and dream to one day be able to enjoy things the way that she can with that hopeful eager spirit that just wanted nothing but being free.

One of the bravest acts I’ve witnessed in decades. I have mad respect for Jordan. I remember when this all happened and how these damaged children with function in the world they hardly knew anything about. Once your childhood is stolen no one can give that back to you.

Wow! When I saw Jordan's first interview I thought she should be a model; she just had that look! I am glad she is doing that. I also feel like others; and hope she is getting therapy. Abuse does mark you and you do tend to repeat patterns. I hope all her siblings are doing better, since I heard the hell they lived with foster parents.

I really wish I could meet her and tell her that she can do things in life. I also wanted to tell her that she is a hero to all of her siblings. I am now a fan of her for everything and I am proud of her. I live on the other side of the US and I couldn't see her in person so maybe another time.

People, you better have paid her for this appearance. So many media outlets showcase stories like this as trauma porn, and don’t do anything to tangibly benefit the survivor’s life.
Support her education, housing, mental health, etc. Don’t just take some pretty pictures and send her on her way.

I'm so very happy that Hailey embraced these girls. I hope they are getting the help that they need. I'm terribly afraid that someone with negative plans might come into their lives. I saw a comment that stated something about needing to protect these girls. I totally get it. It's so sad that this world is such that we must fear the fact that these lovely girls are living it in alone.
There already is "someone with negative plans" in her life. Its called social media "influencers" and journalists! These people are litterally exploiting her story and she is so inexperienced that she sees them as her "friends". But once she stops selling and they find the next "Turpin", they're gonna be where they have been for the last 3 years. Nowhere!

She’s just gorgeous. I really hope that she finds someone to help her reach her goals on becoming a motivational speaker. She reminds me a lot of Claire Wineland. I remember watching a video on Claire and she wanted to become a motivational speaker and she had a mentor that taught her the necessary steps. I hope she finds a mentor and becomes an advocate for children that are/were in her situation .

It's been such a hard road for her (and her sibs), and I love that she's able to talk about what she is doing right now, in her own life! To me, that shows she feels all of her siblings are safe and she is finally able to breathe and heal. I can't wait to see what she does next!

I just don't understand...how disconnected is society.... the neighbours had absolutely no idea about what was going on in the house... it's time people do take an interest in their surroundings... Thankfully she decided to run away from the house and was able to... what if all the windows had gills on them... Her confidence and how far she has come along with her siblings is wonderful....
