Reverse Mentoring Programme: Disability Inclusion

Isabelle Cabos, Policy Officer (SG) and José María (Pepe) Fernández Martín, Deputy General Counsel (JU), participated in the EIB’s reverse mentoring programme on disability, launched earlier this year, as mentor and mentee.
In this video, they share their experience: why they wanted to participate; what concerns they had prior and why it is so important to serve as advocates and allies for disability and neurodiversity inclusion.
