Seems that to a great extent this video/episode is more showcasing the, 'Various Representative Pieces In The History Of Slabs' collection. I guess that has become some peoples objective or preoccupation. Rattlers, this generation, that generation, this style label, that style label etc. All the nuances and iterations of plastic holders. A deeply facinating idiosyncratic field of study for somebody I'm sure. While you said submitting for the sticker was mostly looking like a 'break even' proposition in terms of fees incurred and the stickered items increase in value (or not) as a result. I guess you could also look at it from the perspective of, an increased salability/marketability in the eyes of those collectors that seem to think the sun rises and sets based on whether a plastic container has a green or gold vinyl sticker affixed. Never mind the fact that they were as you pointed out, mostly common date coins to begin with, and addittionaly I would point out, the coin contained within the plastic hasn't changed a whit, regardless of it's particular holder or any sticker. "Well you know, my baby recieved a special blessing from the Pope!" Stickers, kind of like a sprinkling of 'magical' holy water!
It goes to show the more picky you are with what you choose to submit the higher the odds of passing. The spaghetti approach seems to end up in under 20% success rates
That's all I chase, OGH's. It's easy to find the 2.1 holder's. They have the perforated edge to the label. If they don't have the PCGS on the label, their the 2.1A holder. If you find one with the PCGS on the perforated label, that's the very rare 2.1B. I find 50 to 100 2.1A's for every 2.1B. Only made them for around 3 month's, same timeframe as the doily, and right after the doily. Would like to know how many are out there....Anybody know some numbers?

Can you polish the scratches off the holders? If so...What kind of polish?
