I'm guessing you don't like the F-35? I've seen you in videos with it, but you're always in the other jet. Russian or Chinese even. Could You do a BVR with you in the F-35 versus the Felon? I think the F-35 is a better stealth jet and you shouldn't have any Patriot or S-300 or 400 sites. I think the F-35 has a better radar as well. Could we see?

Interesting fact - Due to the A-10’s incredible ability to endure extreme amounts of damage, there are literally no confirmed reports of a BF-109 ever scoring a kill against it during the war!
He is tight on you peppering you with fire. You have about 200 holes in your plane, one engine smoking, the HUD not working and you're "let's get him a to come a little closer." I love it!!
I don't know why everyone says the fight should end in a fist fight or pistols. Reality is, if both pilots survived and were able to walk up to each other, they'd exchange chocolate and cigarettes or something before the one who's in enemy territory heads off into hiding while the other waits for a ride back to base. There is a certain amount of respect given to each other for what is essentially a draw and a desire to meet in the air again someday to settle who's the better pilot.

He has a video using the Su-25 in ground attack role, look for it in the channel. He even managed to shoot down one fighter that crossed his nose (an F-4 if I recall correctly).
well it probably depends on the gunners on whether the plane even has the chance to get damaged but with the 30mm I dont think it would hold out for long especially while alone
Recently I was flying the Bf-109 on a Server and a guy in an A-10 was team killing friendlies on the ground. Luckily I managed to get airborne and shoot him down. Honestly the 109 should have every advantage in this fight. The prop gives it better acceleration and speed control at lower speeds, it's got a tighter turn than the A-10, and its a great energy fighter in the prop world. It's basically made for fights like this.
True. Especially with flaps against A10. It should overturn A10 with no problem, just literally set power to minimum, turn of flaps to 3rd position or even to landing one. And it could hold at A10's tail forever. Even for that heavy ass like K4 wich was no match to his predcessor like G2/G4 in terms of turn-fights.
He also merged differently i. The second fight. He dove down on the bf109 for the merge giving him a bug energy advantage where in the first fight they merged level. I noticed in a fee videos he wont merge level with the other plane but will do things to gain a slight advantage. Seems slightly unfair to expect a flat merge once but then you can merge how you want.
Principal: lose sight, lose the fight. Plan A:Fight the fight you aircraft wants to fight. Plan B: Fight the fight your opponents plane doesn't want. Interesting dynamics, and as always GSW, this was a great VID that I enjoyed, keep doing what you do, as long as you can. Thank you.
Just like KC Campbell. Hit with a SAM, over 600 holes, fire, no hydraulics, damaged engine, flew on for over an hour, (not to mention some damn impressive flying on her part). Her A10 brought her home!👍
That was so entertaining to watch, something about watching the A-10 tank so many rounds and refusing to fall out the sky made this episode more funny than usual🤣🤣🤣
Golf did a great job (id like to believe It was intentional) of moving the A-10 then exploiting the blind spot (belly of every aircraft that immediately comes to mind) so that he slipped into the blind spot with a speed and heading and (did the equivalent of) reverse (or reversing) the turn, in the blind spot the the 109. Well played, I really enjoyed (what I see as a tactic and ) a way of manipulating situational awareness.
That second round though! That A-10 lived up to her namesake. The P-47 was also known to take a lot of punishment and get home or allow her pilot to safely bail out. To get a mutual kill though was insane. Great video.
Hope someone models the A-29 Super Tucano in. Would love to see how it compares with a similar use-case as an A-10. I'm not sure what its internal armament is. Maybe it would have to have gunpods mounted?
When you are slower than 150 knots you HAVE to put out your flaps in A-10! it will not jam, and will not over speed. it will automatically retract. It would make the jet much more responsive.
Such a shame that there is not even a single WWII Japanese type in DCS. Imagine what a Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate (Frank), a Kawasaki Ki-100 Hien (Tony) or a Kawanishi N1K1-J Shiden or N1K2-J Shiden Kai (George) could do in a dogfight.
Not too many people talk about this, but it is really a thing. There seems to be a growing push to take DCS to a more immersive WWII experience, but to do so there just have to be Japanese aircraft.
GS edited the part out when after they both crashed, the villagers captured both pilots beat them senseless for randomly shooting a bunch of 30mm into their cottages.

GS, is there any way to do a senario that showcases the hive mind power of Link16? I was thinking like having a couple F-35s running with some F-15/F-18 setup as missile trucks running behind the F-35s and sharing their radar (simulated by using an AWACS) VS a Russian air wing of a couple Felons flying with similar gen 4 missile trucks, obviously without an AWACS as the US AWACS is just simulating the Link16.

The A-10 is roughly the same size of a B-25(about half of that of a B-17) but more armored.

There ought to be a mod where surviving pilots can go to pistols or trade rations.
