I thought I would see Outback on the list, but then I don’t have those Crimson Guards. They look so good!!

Joes are my favorite toys/collectibles of 2022 also. Fantastic list! My top ten are arranged a bit differently but it’s all the same guys and lady with ole TF Outback sneaking in there. Your videos sound like well written/rehearsed speeches that come off like having a conversation. I have no idea the time you put into getting your videos done from idea to execution but your hard work shows. Your photography is on point also. Often they showcase the figure not just show them. Army building is really difficult to temper in this line. I first convince myself six are sufficient then it grows as I pick up more along the way. Six becomes eight then ten then twelve…Twelve has to be enough. It’s tough as they look all sorts of awesome in groups. BATs and Crimson Guard are my favorites too. I’ll pick up the variants of those BATs for sure. I know Snow Serpents are coming. If the Eel comes along too I’m going to be a happy camper. This is a wonderful trip along the nostalgia train. Much more coming in 2023. I have to think by 2024 there will be some Cold Slither product offered. Should be a fun ride!

I'm not a collector, but it's a fact G.I. Joe is much better than Marvel. Not only for the quality of these new line of toys, but for the trama and story, because it's realistic.

I never thought I'd collect another line but GI JOE Classified is it. Granted I'm only collecting my favorite JOES. As a kid I had alot of 3.75 GI JOES and vehicles. Seeing Stalker(in which bought recently) in a review, childhood memories came rushing through. Anyway I digress.....a great top ten GI JOE Classified list, Manny.
My favorite line of the year! So many awesome figures, and they seem to only be getting better. The BAT is my favorite. I'm up to 10 so far. I couldn't put it down, I was constantly picking up the two I had at my workstation and kept reposing them. The accessories and battle damage make this the most worthwhile troop builder because of all the diversity it offers on a shelf. I divided my Top 10 down the middle, with a Top 5 Cobra (Serpentor, Mindbender, Crimson Twins, Croc Master, and BAT) and Top 5 Joes (Spirit, Outback, Stalker, Dusty, and Slaughter). I had a personal attachment to Croc Master too. When I was kid, I had the 3.75 version, and accidently left them on my dad's tailgate not knowing he was leaving. Croc Master was recovered, though battered and missing fingers. That version of "Fiona" is still MIA 36 years later.

I hope Night Vipers aren't too far off, either. They're the coolest Cobra troop builder! I would expect Eels coming pretty soon. Who is Torpedo going to have to fight when he comes out, otherwise? I really want some Hydro-Vipers! And some Eels would compliment them nicely!
@@darklordmordred I never had an Eel. But, I got a Hydro-Viper because, I was drawn to the lagoon monster mask. I also had an Undertow because, it looked like a SCUBA ninja to me. LOL I'm deep in to Classified in the hopes of also getting characters I missed back then. The only way it could get better then that is, if the nonexistent figures from the dreams I had some nights became actual figures in reality.
Great collection I'm really liking the classified series. I'd love to see hasbro make a rare cobra figure no1 ever talks about. That's right I'd love to see a Cesspool figure in the near future. He was such a cool looking cobra trooper

Not sure what you’re talking about with the Crimson Guard faceplate. The original toy had a black face mask, it was also black In the Sunbow cartoon. The silver one I. The Walmart line I believe is a reference to the comic.

Pretty solid reasonable list. I don't differ by much. My top 10: First, some Honorable Mentions: It was a brutal battle to get in the 10 spot, between the Officer, Alley Viper, and Blue Ninja 2-pack. My final metric, I got 4 Officers, 3 Alley Vipers, 2 Ninjas.😜 I got two Blue Ninja 2-packs. So, I could have 1 of each head displayed on a BN figure. (The 2nd pack's unused male Oni/demon masked head, I put on one of my Red Ninjas.) 10. Cobra Officer 9. Crimson Guard 8. Croc Master & Fiona 7. Tomax & Xamot (should have just been a 2-pack) (6 & 7 are a toss up) 6. Cobra B.A.T. 5.Tiger Force Outback 4. Zarana 3. Sgt. Slaughter 2. Dr. Mindbender 1. Serpentor

Hasbro is doing alt versions of some characters first, probably to help sell retailer exclusive sub lines. And some people will buy it (for FOMO sake) and then also buy the classic version, like me. If we got regular Bazooka and Recondo already, I too might have skipped their Tiger Force versions. But, my OCD is Hasbro's greatest weapon against my wallet. I caved and ordered all the Tiger Force and all the Python Patrol figs. That PP Officer is a bit of an eyesore but, I gotta have the numbered box on my shelf. *sigh But, the old man Outback head is pretty cool, and the O-ring version never came out in the US, that sold me on the Tiger Force Outback. So, expect Hasbro to put out Marauder color schemes of Mercer, Red Dog and Taurus before the original ones. "Curse you, Hasbro!" Then there are dozens of unique characters I don't have any nostalgic connection to, like Big Ben and Tripwire that are coming. It'll be coin toss for those. Lest my obsession never wanes. LOL P.S. The Cobra Infantry Trooper is a pretty sick figure. I love them all! Hasbro did a pretty great job with this line.
Absolutely. The infantry came out in 2021 so I didn’t include them in this list. I do like the Cobra Officers more though.
