Honestly the kids would be a distraction, except for the fact that they’re the absolute embodiment of eclipse energy, and the excitement and strangeness of these moments where everyone just stops what they’re doing to look at something wild.
I also saw two Planets? One the east of the sun and one to the west. Which planets were they? And Yes, I was totally cool to see the total eclipse. Totally worth the 2 hour drive to Indiana.
I did, it hurt my eyes and gave me a headache bur it was soooooo much more beautiful without the glasses than with them. (I still wouldn’t recommend but I don’t regret it)

I saw it in 1999 in Newquay, Cornwall. Was a great experience
I was able to get almost 45 seconds of viewing totality in Niagara Falls despite the clouds. Got lucky I guess.

Lord of Hollow Shall RISE..
Idk why but its kind of funny to see everyone freak out over this lol
If you saw it live, it's actually pretty powerful. I thought it was funny too. Not a big deal to me until I was in those three minutes..

Once the sun is completely blocked for a few minutes you can safely look
Yes, it's safe to look at the totality without glasses, any other parts of the eclipse (partiality) aren't safe without glasses
There Was To Many Clouds So I Couldnt See It
People are wild just all looking at it without the special glasses
KIDS all looking at it without special glasses (while going crazy)
@@SonicSatamAnimations You are able to look at it without glasses during totality.
@@Truth_Seeker96 Not for long. With the kids going that crazy with little supervision, one may and WILL not notice when totality ends.
I thought youre not supposed to look directly at it without protection. Lol
