PREP is a wonderful part of a protective strategy. Other great things to consider are regular testing appropriate to risk/symptoms if they develop and barrier protection. The cdc page doesn’t seem to actually differentiate on transgender status for recommending expedited partner therapy but your physician should be able to walk you through any specific concerns to your health. I hope you get the answers you need. www.cdc.gov/std/ept/gc-guidance.htm
