BUDGET RANGE FINDER FOR GOLF FROM AMAZON - IS IT ANY GOOD?

I bought a laser range finder off Amazon for well under £100 but is it any good? I took the Wo Sports range finder out onto the 18th hole at Herons' Reach to see how accurate it measured the distances for my shots to see if I could birdie the last hole or even make an eagle!! Heard rumors that one of the major companies is working on a small GPS position transmitter that fits onto the top of existing flagsticks. They also work on a universal software interface so that the position signal can be picked up by GPS watches, smartphone golf apps and GPS screens on electric trolleys to show the exact pin position on the green. That would be a fantastic feature!

I have used Wosports range finders for the last three years. I just upgraded this year to the new version Ali is using. Just make sure to hit the pin not the flag. Cant play golf without it.

seriously... we are just taking your word that he hit the ball was the distance he usually hits it, and is accurate to his other rangefinder or a caddy's.. at least use a high end range finder at the same time to compare...

Got the same one and have no complaints. Bought mine direct from the AliExpress website, took a few weeks to come but only cost me £45. It was the basic version though.
