I pushed through the voice in my head telling me to not workout on my period, or to not workout because I got an injection yesterday. I told myself I'm strong, I'm not feeling any pain right now and if I do later, I can always do a yoga sequence. I've got this confidence and self-belief only from following through your workouts. Some days, I'm very tired and it's past 10 pm but I still finish the routine. I feel so much more comfortable in my skin. Thank you. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Her workouts are the only workouts that are low impact but makes me sweat a lot, doesn’t bulk up muscles yet helps me to get lean, sculpt and toned muscles. I did this workout 3 days in a row along with her cardio routine and I can already see differences on my hips and thighs 😍. I'm not fond of doin' high impact jumping workouts though I'm just 17. So her workouts suits the best for me 🥰

Doing this for two weeks! Left thigh: 21inches (64cm) Right thigh: 21.2inches (54.5cm) I will also be doing some abs/waist and cardio workouts with this. And also stretch after workout. Day 1: 💕 Day 2: 💕 Day 3: 💕 Day 4: 💕 Didn’t do this workout for two days but I did walk a lot on one of the days I missed. Day 5: 💕 Day 6: 💕 Day 7:💕 Day 8: 💕 Day 9: 💕 Day 10: 💕 Day 11: 💕 Day 12: 💕 Day 13: 💕 Day 14: 💕 Left thigh: 20.7 inches 53cm I ended up not losing anything in my right thigh at all. I did not change my diet during the two weeks, I ate mostly healthy foods and didn’t do portion control either. I was also not consistent with the workout because of how stuff keeps popping up making it hard for me to fit working out into my schedule. Last time I tried Lena’s other workouts for two weeks, I was consistent did it every single day, went on a diet, and lost a bit around both my thighs and waist. So I’d say diet is rlly important if u wanna lose weight. I’m going to be visiting Taiwan for 2 months so I will be doing another 2 weeks challenge while being quarantined at home. Until I go back to Taiwan to start a new challenge I will be working mostly my right thigh, and burning fat workouts.
hey, babe!! i hope you reach/reached your goal! i do want to say that for weight loss, diet does have a way bigger effect on your body than working out. i would also recommend drinking a lot more water (8 cups is enough!!) which will aid with water weight ! 😙❤️

I started your 4 week program about a week ago and I love how these exercises look so easy but are quite intense, and since I'm not so fond of jumping exercises I really like how these exercises make me sweat without having to jump.

There is no way to lose the hip dips because it's basically just ur hip bone structure kinda thing and the only way to make their appearance disappear is to build muscle between them ( in short , no u can't make them slimmer
