I just moved into an apartment with the smallest bathroom ever (seriously, there's no floor space to even put a trash can) so some of these are great options for me! Thanks!
The ceiling shelf is great. We had that in our first home, all through the house. We had an old Cajun home with high ceilings. We had young sons at that time, and I had all my breakable heirloom stuff up there. It looked great and kept it well out of "oh no!" territory as they were toddling and growing. :)
We have what might be considered a "large" bathroom, and it just attracts more stuff. I'm watching this to get ideas on how to tame it. :) LOL
Haha same!
lol yeah ! 😭
Yes! We have a really long vanity and it just fills up with everything. And the drawers are full of non-bathroom items. Kind of odd.
Amy Nedelcu yes, unfortunately I have the same problem.
@@rockymom624 Storage space is storage space. You might have thought: "Ok, I'll put that there until I figure out where it needs to live." I think we all do that to some extent.
Man, I wish I would've had some of these ideas back in 1989 in my first apartment. Since then I've had many, many small baths to contend with. Thankfully, my current bath is wonderfully large, I just put a beautiful 5x7 rug in there and it looks fabulous. But even with all of the counter (and drawer!) space, it's still cluttered. Trust me, I appreciate all of the organizing videos you offer!!
Oh my Goodness! I Love, Love the idea of wrapping the toilet paper in tissue paper.
I have five bathrooms in my home so I have a lot of space, but from an organizational point of view this is genius, especially in guest bathrooms. Thanks for sharing. (Darci)
Thanks for all of your ideas. Based on your suggestion, I wrapped 3 toilet rolls in light blue tissue paper which I had on hand and placed them in a pretty wooden box (which I bought at a garage sale for 50 cents) and placed it on top of my toilet. The other 3 rolls easily fit in the vanity, but 6 took up too much room. Problem solved!!! I love what you said about the feel of going into a custodial closet!
This is perfect because I’m moving into a smaller space next month!
I’ve never lived in a house with a big bathroom either, don’t know what that will be like. 😊great tips definitely applying them to my space
It's actually quite good because oir laundry room is in the bathroom there is more worktop space to do laundry and the toilet isn't extremely close to the bath like our old bathroom it was quite narrow where you can understand a certain way and you were only comfortable if you're standing inside the bath or shower
This was a great video, with some good ideas! I've lived with a tiny bathroom for many years, and it was a bit frustrating until I realised that just because something is bathroom related doesn't mean it needs to be stored in there. There is no reason to need more than a couple of extra toilet rolls stored in the actual bathroom, or to keep every towel you own in there, or to store all of those duplicates of toiletries etc. My best advice is to find some storage elsewhere in the house for all of those things that are just being stored and aren't actually in use - for example set up a box with all of the toiletries that won't be used until the current one runs out, and store them somewhere else. Before you try to invent ways to store everything in a tiny bathroom, look at how much you can actually move out of the bathroom without being inconvenienced too much. The less you store in a tiny bathroom, the bigger and the nicer it will look. Also, any open storage needs to be cleaned regularly and this can be really time consuming when you have lots of bottles of lotions and potions out on display. It's much easier to keep the room clean when these are stored away behind doors.
Exactly! Our only full bathroom is probably 5 feet by 8 feet. And it's for 6 people. The vanity is one of those thinner ones too. Basically we have a trash can, the toilet brush, and I use a paper towel holder stand next to the toilet that holds 3 rolls of TP perfectly. Under the sink I used mini command hooks on the inside of the doors to hold those white skinny baskets she showed (for our hair brush, Bobby pins, etc). We have command hooks in our shower for our Norwex body cloths. My husband and I keep our towels on hooks on the back of the door and there is a small towel bar for a hand towel. Our 4 children have their towels on hooks on the back of their bedroom door. Oh and we also have a medicine cabinet mirror in the wall and I put one shelf above our toilet. Everything else, extra toiletries, medicines, hair clippers, more towels, a giant pile of TP, are all in our larger bedroom closet shelves. 🙌🏻
As a single mum of a toddler with a tiny flat/ apparetmemt, I live for your tips and tricks ❤ so hard to keep on top of mess.
My bathroom is sooo small so exited to maybe try some of these 😁
Sounds like we would be good friends. We got this mamas!
Babies require a lot of stuff and also rotate through a lot of items. I’m always needing to clean out, store, donate so much stuff. I can’t have anything out or in their reach because they will get into it. I also have many tiny toy plastic pieces scattered all over 😩
We use molding from the hardware store to "frame" the clip on mirror slabs. You can do this with glass glue or the picture frame command strips with the velcro if you're renting.
Awesome idea!!
Ooooo! Great idea!
Ohh I didn't know glass glue was a thing! I'll have to do this
I love that idea
rolling cart is really affordable and effortless for bathroom storage. one of the best option
The only big bathroom I lived in was childhood home. Almost all others were less than 6' x 6'. Great job 👍👏, I like the little pockets in the beginning of video, the rollaway, high and standard shelf ideas. Marble look is so trending currently. Thanks 😊☺️👍
I actually love the toilet paper wrap...keeps the rolls dust free and does look nicer if they are on a shelf...great idea; I will be using this🙂
Wrapping the tp in tissue is so simple but genius/ thank you
Beautiful girl♥️
Love the idea of shelves higher up towards the ceiling! That’s a really good idea!
My favorite RUclipsr when it comes to awesome quick and affordable home renovations/ home ideas ❤️
Love these thanks! Our past last two homes had enviable amounts of storage that some studio kitchens might wish they had, then we moved to a larger home and alas the bathrooms storage shrunk considerably. We have had to downsize the amount of crap we kept in the bathroom but clearly it was time. It’s amazing how many products you can hang onto that get forgotten and just take up space in your cabinet even when organized. Shelves have been our saving grace too!
Girl, your little steam blower thing behind you scared me half to death cause I thought it was a reflection of something moving in your tv 🤦🏻 Love the video. ❤
Love the mirror with a shelf
Thank you for all the tips for small spaces!
Love the containers that you attached to the walls. Great option for our very small bathroom. Thanks.
If you have the fake looking drawers in your bathroom then buy the kits for maybe $15 for a set of two and turn them into small flip open storage areas. Could be renter friendly since no damage is noticeable. But it creates room for holding hair brushes, sponges, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Love the off the counter shelves. Think those would be super useful in an RV.
Love the tp wrapping idea
I love your videos! You are so sweet, fun and friendly. You’re always upbeat and love watching yours videos when I’m feeling a little anxious and they help me relax!
Oh my gosh, the floating storage is brilliant! I never would have thought to do that in the bathroom - thank you!
Thank you for your terrific and attractive ideas. I love the DT baskets to corral and divide the drawers in my bathroom. It really does make a difference.
I bought a plastic over the door shoe holder that has 24 slots from Walmart $12. Hung it over on the back side of the bathroom door where it doesn't show from the hallway. Perfect for extra bottles of shampoos & liquid body soaps, cans of room sprays etc. And is easy to wipe down & clean.
Big bathrooms are just more to clean 🧽 Over rated. Thank you for sharing and have a blessed evening. 😘❤️🤗🙏🏻

I love the tip that you gave about putting a shelf above your bathtub 🛀 area for extra storage. I’m planning on asking my husband to help me do that as soon as I can. Great video thanks so much 😊
You and your setup looks REALLY nice today!
We have lived in many homes and most of the bathrooms have been very small. These are great ideas. I love that cart for my bathroom or office.
Wonderful sunshine. Love the narrow cart on wheels. 🥰 Thanks
I too. Live in an Apt. In my bedroom there's a small bathroom. It's very late now. But tomorrow morning I will reevaluate all.the spaces in my bathroom to see what space is available to use better. You always inspire us with such great help or DIYs. Thank you. Hope you're staying well. Keeping safe and resting as.much as possible.
You have the best organizing tips
Thank you! This is amazing! Finally a video that speaks to my small space especially when I have little counter space and no cabinet.
I have those Dollar Tree organizers you showed for the drawers - but we use them for our silverware. :) We can easily fit knives and serving utensils in them, so they are the perfect size for silverware. We originally had ours in a drawer in our china cabinet, but I just did a kitchen purge and I was able to fit all 7 of them into our skinny kitchen drawer. (7 because I separate big & little spoons, but & little forks, regular & steak knives, serving utensils).
Awesome tips, works well for large bathrooms used by multiple people too. Thanks
Love those baskets I have those in my bathroom drawers! We also have a laundry closet in our bathroom so I’m gonna use some of these ideas when we redo it!
Thanks for the tips. 👍🏽
I appreciate how little fluff you used in your wording. Everything you said was as concise and effective as the ideas you provided. Thank so much!
Loved this! I have a pretty small bathroom and a baby. Definitely need to implement these
Love these ideas! We have a small bathroom and only one in our house. My grandma just moved in with us and we are expecting our 2nd baby in 2 weeks so these are awesome!
My dream is to have a large bathroom, but until then, I will be putting many of your ideas to use. I appreciate the renter-friendly tips!
You are glowing 😊
Great ideas! Thank you for sharing. I really loved the small floating shelves.
🙌 awesome tips Kallie, thanks
Awesome, thank you, I actually laughed out loud at first when you suggested wrapping the TP rolls, but I get it! And I think I'm going to try that idea, thanks.
Me too, I'll check Dollar Tree to find the perfect color.

Very helpful ideas
The bathroom shelves were fantastic
Awesome hacks 👍 I don't have a small bathroom but these hacks can still help store a little more 😀
Excelente great ideas.thanks
Great video.. I think so many of us have small bathrooms. What we did was build a shelving unit out of wood that fit against an open wall right when you walk in. Paint it and could even throw a nice curtain over front to cover it if you want or just leave it but it works really well in our small bathroom and gives us about 6 shelves of storage.
Love the tips!! I feel the small bathroom 🤦🏼♀️
Thank you so very much for sharing 🙏 I have been wondering how to add a shelf in my bathroom (makeover process) and fell for your idea of the high up near ceiling shelf. Also got a brainwave from you how and where to position the 2nd shelf. Great tips... 👌🤗💖💖💖
Great video 👍 Thanks 😊
Excellent ideas! TFS! ❤️🌸🌺
My bathroom isn't small but it has the worst layout, ie no closet no shelves and the vanity leaves a lot to be desired. BUT it has high ceilings.. weird, I know. So I'm definitely going to be adding some shelves above the door and other areas. Thanks for the ideas!
Really good ideals! 👍💖
Great ideas.
I love this!
Love these ideas! We live in an old house that has very little storage and I’m always struggle to find/make a spot for the stuff

Good info, defiantly need to use those spaces I never thought of using, thnx 🤗🧻🚽🧴
Another great, helpful video. Thanks so much. Excellent ideas. I have some ideas for my bathroom storage thanks to your ideas. 😊👍
Congrats on the pregnancy ❤️
Nice!!
Great ideas as always 👌 😁
Great.
I had a small bathroom in my last apartment and it had only a medicine cabinet and a cabinet under the sink. So I thrifted a space saver for like $5 to put over my toilet and my brother bought me a shower rack that hangs on the top of the shower head and it made all the difference. The space saver added 3 extra shelves to my bathroom where I stored toilet paper, wash clothes, towels, hand towels and other small bathroom items as well as my Airwick diffuser. There was literally no counter space. I did use the little baskets in my kitchen drawers. There were only 2. Love your videos. 😁
My bathroom is tiny and there is no room anywhere!! Thank you for the ideas!
I like the high shelf in the bathroom. :)
Kallie! I need kitchen storage ideas!!! I’m reorganizing my parents house and I’m on the kitchen now! Lots of counter space needed! Please please please!
Thanks for the be ideas.
Baby #2 in a small apartment, definitely using some of these ideas!
Good ideas, never thought of a mirror with a shelf attached/underneath. Another good storage area is shelving or cabinet directly above the toilet
