I feel like you were talking about me when you were explaining high cortisol symptoms haha! Definitely going to implement everything you suggested in my day to day routine. Thanks, Jessica!
what do you recommend to someone who can’t do anything about poor sleep? i have been pregnant &/or breastfeeding for literally almost 10 years straight. i started gaining weight when the first one was born & have been unable to lose it & have just continued to pile it on little by little. 😔 i’m almost certain it’s due to the prolonged lack of sleep, but i can’t fix it when i’m up multiple times a night nursing. do i just chalk it up to “this is a season,” & i won’t be able to work on horomone health/weight loss until i’m out of this? it’s very frustrating. i was always thin before…
@ well yes it does it’s an adaptogen so it helps balance your body where it needs it. But I was wondering if it’s safe for someone to take if they are sensitive to nightshades

Do you know if ashwaganda is okay for someone sensitive to nightshades? I read ashwaganda contains that compound
Some researches in Denmark say that it might mess with our hormones but not sure how reliable that is
