@@abdinoorx2 I pulled the Cumberland county probate list in Maine only because Zach had mentioned that it was a pretty good probate area in Maine. But I cold called none answered. I’m now in Utah and Georgia.
@@moneymakinzo4513 if there’s no State tax in Texas, you are okay with personal but with business , I don’t know. You guys have all that oil money 😁😁. Check with an accountant, don’t play with IRS.

I wouldn't use bandits personally but hey if you get some calls why not right but I'd assume you'd just answer and ask them pretty the same questions you would normally except you not asking if they want to sell they already called you so just ask the condition of the property, motivation for selling , price they want , time frame to sell stuff like that should be a good start hope this helps.
