I really admire this girl. She’s made all the right moves, got educated, stayed focused, and honed her skills. She really knows her stuff. And she seems very mature for her age. I was not at all like that at 22.. practically still playing with Barbies! 😂. Is anyone willing to explain a few things she talked about in the video?? 1. “For purposes for their hard money, didn’t want to do a huge fee thru escrow, so did a double closing..” when your doing assignment, do you put funds other than the EMD in escrow… or how does this all work in the case she talks about? 2. “Flipped in a week, so made 80k minus the selling fees.. which was a lot more than would’ve made then if assigning it.” Is she referring to fees charged by the title company? And why was she able to make a lot more than assigning? I thought you make more thru assignments than double closing? Ok I’ll stop on that one. I don’t expect anyone to answer me but if anyone does…your so kind. I have never done a deal in my life and just trying to learn and understand

Most of the time, they are locking up deals way too high because they don't know how to comp. or they are just trying to Daisy chain it and/or they just lock up a deal just for the sake of locking up a deal and hoping somebody will buy it.😅
