Frustrating but good to know. I'm frustrated with Montreal because they keep saying my pics of my forearm aren't clear enough to get approval. Short of buying bloody new phone I don't know what else to do.
Montreal should be fully aware of why and what you went through... I've never needed my Dr's to tell my surgeon what needs doing the surgeons tell me and they had things set up. That's so weird, I always worried about my funding being up to date but crane always got it then I'd get the email and never did anything on my end. Hopefully they sort your situation out that's frustrating I'm sorry.

Random but thyroid issues can cause white blood cells to be wonky... maybe you could get tested, I'm going to be cause it runs in my family.
