You and Andrew Huberman collectively saved me a trip to the doctor by both talking about electrolytes!! I was doing hot yoga a few times a week but only rehydrating with water like a silly goose. And I started getting heart palpitations which was freaking me out because I’ve never had any kind of heart issues. Started adding in electrolytes and the palpitations stopped. Electrolytes woo!! 🧂 🎉
I am amazed you said this....I wanted to shout..."I did too"......I am cheating a bit...but get up at 0500 and take electrolytes and wait the Huberman 90 - 120 minutes before coffee (alas....ummmmmm....confess: electrolytes in water then stagger back to bed ....lights on as per The Hubes....but snooze till coffee)...but I am FECKIN OLD...like really OLD. However, I feel better....focus longer and apparently nicer to be around....my slow running has improved and I have more energy at work....and no HEART PALPS ................................................................I am 67....so really old

I've just started a new morning routine. I also get out of bed at 5am. (alarm at 04:55). I make a cuppa tea. I'm English. I then get a good 2 hours of solid writing in. As what I'm aiming for is creating content which is all writing based. Another 2 hours of online courses. That means, by the time most people are sitting down to start work, I'm done. And it's only 9am.

I once heard a guy explain why he is so much more determined to stick to strict routines in the warmer months and follow routines more loosely during the colder and darker months. It made sense but didn't really resonate with me. I am the other way around. I can stick quite easily and almost unintentionally to routines during the darker and colder months but in summer I love keeping it simple and easy and be very flexible with anything. When it is really hot, I will most likely not work out as much, move in more chill ways and have absolutely no focus on building muscle or strenght (more on keeping it and not stressing about anything). Usually opting for walking, swimming, stretching etc. The only thing I always do is adding a headstand in here and there just so I don't lose the ability to do it.
I just want you to know that you got me HOOKED on LMNT months ago, and idk how I lived without it. I unfortunately pull all nighters on occassion cause school and work, and I am also not a spring chicken anymore. So, those all nighters DESTROYED me. I could not hang and chugged so many energy drinks to pull through. Truly and genuinely, with LMNT, I just drink those, and I can last easy all the way to a normal bedtime after missing the last one 😅 I can even still do a light workout and feel good and have energy. If possible can please you make the 720 or 1080 quality not in 60fps? I have extreme simulation sickness and I have to put videos down to 480 because I get a migraine and nauseous in about 5 mins. I usually can tell with in 10 secs if a video is in 60 fps because I feel like someone is spinning me in circles. I miss out on a lot the quality. I don’t know how it’s done but I see videos from many creators with 1080 and 1080 60 fps. If you could manage to do that I’d really appreciate it.

In a lot of ways, I have gone through similar things like you, especially when you were mentioning in your video a year ago about how you tried to take your life. I went through something similar. If I had more time and space in the comment box, I would talk about it and my experiences. I am a musician as well, and I went to college for Music, but I don't come from a family of musicians/artists. It's harder for them to relate to me and vice versa. You have a life that I wish I had. A life with love, the finances to support yourself, a job that (I'm assuming) you love and pays well, family members and friends that truly loves and cares about you, etc.. I wish I had your luck, blessings, whatever you want to call it, because I have had to suffer in some way, many ways, that made my life more complicated and harder to live through, instead of the opposite. Doctors are not recommend rubbing ice cubes directly to face it can cause serious skin problems but ice rollers and ice globes can be better alternatives. They are not same with ice cubes. Have a great day. 🎉
True! I tried the ice rollers & globes but found they didn’t stay cold long enough, so just doing ice cubes but very gently. More so for the feeling then the actually effects ☺️

Doctors are not recommend rubbing ice cubes directly to face it can cause serious skin problems but ice rollers and ice globes can be better alternatives. They are not same with ice cubes. Have a great day. 🎉
True! I tried the ice rollers & globes but found they didn’t stay cold long enough, so just doing ice cubes but very gently. More so for the feeling then the actually effects ☺️
