I appreciate your having made these videos.
Never in my 61 years could I have imagined I'd have a restraining order imposed upon me...I thought the truth mattered I thought the person who took me to court would have to have proof.

@mb mv222: In our opinion there in proof required in restraining order hearings. Just the claims of the Petitioner seem to suffice for "proof". Sorry for what you went through.

All great points. Because attorneys choose who they work with, many use the dollar value of the case as a screening criteria. If you have a case that is only worth a few hundred thousand dollars, most competent attorneys will not want to touch it. Then you are left with ones who may not have the experience who can deal with the case effectively! And considering all of this is subjective and no one is guaranteed a win, it puts a person in a extremely dire situation especially when the time is about to run out on them in a case!

    Be rich, powerful, and famous.
Otherwise the lawyer's minimum wage receptionist will be the only person you talk to for 15 seconds..

I have a 14 years old, long and big complicated social case evolving neglect on my person, and its really rough to get through and find a lawyer to go in depth with the whole case which is still getting worse and more complex as the days go by.
Now its already looking so bad that I might even be looking for two lawyers to take on each their subject of my case.
So consuming and stressing while being pressures by the same institute who pays me, a part of the state so we all way for it.
The feeling is something between getting robbed and bullied on our own financially supported demise.
Its frustrating as my cognigtive abilities, overview and my verbal ability to summarize all of it down, is really challenged at this point.
While I’m risking the safe zone we all call home, where I’ve lived at for over 10 years this year.
    Thanks for the video

In the end, all I did was being sick and non functional as a worker, lost my brother in a work related accident, a year later it all spiraled downward with big mistakes from the communal, and also some unfortunate episodes with my grieving & hard time getting rid of a cannabis and soda abuse.
Instead I became systematicly tackled when the same institute began poking me around, and it all became quite personal medically when they sent me to a doctor who never met me before, & she decided she wanted to argue about alcohol & cannabis shortly into the introduction as I merely defended my self against her unreasonable & already spiteful moral remarks.
She sent me for the infamous screening, which later caused all my future troubles. And the further traumatic episodes & tricks I had to endure.
At this time I was getting increasingly sick to my stomach on and off mostly in the evening & with my Dad’s help, we drove to we seek helped at a place for people having a hard time, due to it being mourning/grief.
Not long after that while I was enjoying my time at the pc overnight, I had decided to try and quit smoking and also drinking soda.
Instead I would replace soda, with coffee, managed to make 3 portions of coffee this night..
Now I was feeling so bad, & the stomach issue had gone much worse.
I think it was that morning or the next day when I agreed to go for a observation over the coming weekend.
Well, that weekend was burned into my memory and became 4 full months, the whole summer of 2012.
My journal can show lies and manipulations to their very best, against my interest.
In one case I was even poisoned by mixing 2 different prescription medications. 3 weeks into this, I fought to avoid medication and wanted to get out, was told police would just be coming for me “medical journal says the opposite”.
After the 3 weeks I was tricked by a nurse to atleast just try the medication for the day.
Was given it at night time, woke up and felt the worst off anxiety feelings, I couldn’t imagine up until this that was how it really felt.
They gave me the second presceiption to somehow relief me of this immense side effects, while instead actually poisoning me. This isn’t even mentioned in my journal…
When one reads my journal it even says I was actually free to leave anytime, and that only on the day that I took my medication, did the doctor find reasonable to keep me those full 4 months in total.
On the remark that “now since I’m taking the adviced medication, he declared my stay to forced for medical treatment”.
I got out, was traumatizwd again shortly after when I had to revive a friend from a overdose.
Moved back to the city and region I’m still living in to this day & now I’m still fighting for my right to live and acknowledgment of my limits & devolvement from the decade long mis trearment.
Still want to clean my back from the labled stamples they gave me for very questionable reasons.
It put my already struggling life into ruins, and today as I’m writing this, the commune and “ankestyrelse” have denied my application a 3rd time for a early pension.
Now they want me on a rehab team, and I’m still not only stuck in the past with a even greater growing feeling of abuse from the system, almost can’t afford a lawyer, but even worse, I have a very hard time to communicate and lay all the details down to convincebly take my case.

I want the faulty diagnosis completely removed. And then I want to be compensated from my lack of income and waste of time in life theoughiut all the years, along with the now recent act of neglect which I can prove in quite a few different ways by comparison on their changing focus & priority.
Long story short, I never accepted and agreed upon the disgnosis I was given, however I was treated by as they did fully acknowledge for 9 years and gave me financial benefits which gave me the same monthly salary at 23 year old, as if I were 30.
All these years I stood by saying I do not agree upon the diagnosis but yes, I do have many other health issues and traumas which makes it inevatibly hard for me to work in any way, but back those 10 years ago when I moved in, and up to around 2015-16, I wanted to study, take a course on a high school & even study abroad, but they first told me I was not allowed to study the place Inhsd just started, “they had not agreed upon that”, later they didn’t want to pay for a course on a high school to get me back into rhythm, and also didn’t want to help me on my abroad college dreams to also get back on life & leave a bad environment behind.
But low and behold, when I 9 years later, after a total 13 years of neglect.
When I on my own decided to apply for a early retirement/pension, they flipped the table on purpose, now they start to question my disabilities and completely disregard the traumas their system have caused beyond loosing my brother.
Its been 1 year, and today is the day they are forcing me and humuliating me on fully.
How I love the Danish welfare system.

This is why I let the lawyer know what I need help with. After that, I let them know what my capabilities are with dealing with the situation, then I let them know of other tasks, and if they can't achieve every goal, I asked them how to go about it. If they tell me to find another lawyer, I then let other people know if they ask me, to ring my current lawyer, and then ring the next lawyer who I would find if need be. I then follow all the instructions given to me. I then pass those instructions onto the people who need to know about them. Then I let everybody do their jobs and I sit back and wait for progress to happen. If you do what you're told, most of the time you end up in a lot less trouble.

    Thanks for the video.
How should people present their case to you guys? Should we prepare a comprehensive presentation, in chronological order, explaining as much as possible and the implications of the main issues? Or are you more interested in brief, but concise, coving only the direct legal issues?
    Thanks again!

It is always better to start with the shorter version and let the attorney inquire to get more additional details they find revenant. Thanks for watching!

"A" client - don't ask too many questions and don't insult the intelligence of the attorney hired on your case. Just because you put 100s of hours into The Law Library doesn't mean a thing. Also, don't be a client that wants to hear what is discussed in the Judge's chamber without you. It doesn't matter and all your focus should be is on when you can make your next payment.

Absolutely wrong , a good lawyer always say the payment first so there’s no surprise
Always mention the chance of winning
And discuss the law with you and answer all your questions this is a good lawyer
