  • One of our subscribers asked me to discuss the relationship between criminal defense attorneys and prosecution and what favors are done. I decided to discuss the issue. This is off the cuff while I am driving to the law office. No scripts. It's important so when a bottom feeder defense attorney, the car salesman without ethics, claims to have juice ( a friendship ) with the prosecutor you know the deal. How often have you heard an attorney claim to be friends with prosecutor or judge? Unfortunately, too often. I was once in a courtroom and the judge asked did anyone promise you anything other than what is in the plea paperwork and the client/defendant said yes! My attorney said his father is the chief judge and that you will hook it up or hook me up. It was a marvelous moment that a shit attorney got called out on record and a sad moment for the profession because there are no promises or guarantees. There are a lot of great attorneys with ethics and there are non-ethical do$%&bags that give the profession a bad name. I hope the video sheds some truth on the real relationship between the parties. Thank you for watching and please subscribe and share.

When judicial servants and mediators try to persuade you to plea or criminalize you when you’re clearly innocent that is corruption! Anytime a private attorney bribes a judge that’s corruption! I know a former states attorney's office employee (the prosecution). They told me face to face...their job, their goal was to get "A CONVICTION, and not necessarily a conviction of the actual guilty party. He went on to explain that IF they thought they had enough evidence to prosecute 'person A', but not enough to prosecute 'person B' that they would go after 'person A' even if they knew that 'person B' was the guilty party. "In our business, its all about the conviction. We need a conviction to pacify the victim's family, and the public".

I was 17 and my older brother by 14 years was taking advantage of my mother…so I called him out. He ended up assaulting me and my mom called the police on HIM. Well we were both arrested for (family violence). This charge in my state gives the state the ability to pursue charges against you. So I bonded out and was given a court date…I did not hire an attorney because I felt like when I had my day in court I could explain what happened and how I had been the one who was assaulted and wrongfully arrested…nope! My name is called and this little worm of a prosecutor won’t even let me speak…he just keeps repeating " 3 years probation plus court costs…that’s what I can offer you" I finally got shitty with him and said I’d never except that as I hadn’t done anything wrong. He said fine…we can set you up for a trial what kind would you like? Judge or jury? I said perfect I’ll take one by jury…all of a sudden he becomes mister chatty Kathy, tells me all about how long it’s going to take to get a date and I’ll have to live with this looming over me and that I should take the previous deal he offered.
I told him I wanted my trial by jury and he could go fuck himself…in front of two sheriffs deputies…either they heard what I was saying and felt for me or they didn’t like this guy because they didn’t do anything…and it’s not like they didn’t hear exactly what I said.
Well he gave me my paperwork and sent me to the lady who you turn that stuff into…walks about 10 feet away from me to another person and says the exact same thing to them…"this is what I can offer you" I walked out of that court house so angry that when I sat down in my car with my mom…I sat there screaming at my the top of my lungs. Couldn’t believe what was happening to me…well I guess they weren’t confident in their case against me because a week later I received a letter in the mail telling me the case against me by the state of Texas had been dismissed. I was happy as could be but three years later when I was applying for a job it popped up on my criminal background check! Said that I had been charged but with zero convictions.
So that led me down a rabbit whole of money and a million miles of red tape to get the charge expunged. They told me not to worry, that when I turned 21 it would be wiped from my permanent record…well it wasn’t. I had to spend so much money and time to get this ridiculous false charge off my criminal record…I’ve never been able to look at our justice system the same way again…I found out later on from one of my college counselors that I was lucky to have been excepted into school with that on my background…I have no idea how true that is…but I do know it being there cost me an employment opportunity.

The "justice" system is a joke and should be renamed to the penal system.
I'm in my 30s and facing a felony domestic assault charge that my wife accused me of. She is not telling the truth of the situation. The people that know both her and I don't believe her. The people that only know her are propping her up and praising her as a victim and if this goes to trial I will have a mixed bag of these types of people judging me. I'm fighting for my life and having to trust a defense attorney where I can't tell if he's fighting for me or just towing the professional line.
On the same note, I feel my wife has a personality disorder that has led to this. She has been accusing me of absolutely ridiculous things all year where the facts don't meet her truth. She needs help, and before all of this went down, I tried to encourage her to get psychological treatment but she wouldn't do it. I'm exhausted with this process.

I was arrested under warrant on a failure to appear charge. I had managed to avoid that arrest for several months. When I went to court, my court appointed attorney had changed. (Thank God for that.) He was a fairly new younger one and had a good rep for fighting for the client. The previous one is the senior public defender and that office is HIS show . And is jaded or ikd what but acts more like a prosecutor than a defense attorney, I swear to god.
Anyway, standing outside the courtroom door at 8 a.m., my public defender is in front of me to my left, the prosecutor in front of me to the right, I listen to them cut a deal in favor of me against against the future of someone else, unknown to either of them.
I don't remember what exactly was said but my defense had only minutes to review my case, as probably the prosecution also had only minutes to review it, being several months old.
So my guy sez blah blah blah. And their girl sez blah blah. And he sez blah. And she sez only if you give me blah on the next one, and he sez but blah, and she sez ok then blah and he sez ok.
And the doors swing open at the hands of the bailef, and we all walk in and sit sit down.
Then in comes his royal highness
    All rise...
Things went a hell of a lot better than I expected.
Oh yeah. I am innocent of the original crime, but based on the absolutely zero effort to prove that by my court appointed senior public defender, I ended up pleading guilty in order to avoid a longer sentence which he felt I would be found guilty of anyway.
    Three interesting side notes...
My public defender is on the board of directors for the place the crime took place. I'm no lawyer (obviously), but I would guess that is a clear conflict of interest.
The guy that actually did it had already been run through the mill and found guilty of a much lessor charge.
The local newspaper has a courts section and in it my case and name were listed as found guilty.
THE DAY BEFORE MY TRIAL BY JUDGE.
I did time for someone else's crime.
I did everything my defense recommended on the assurance I would do no time.
Due process is a dog and pony show. Your fate is decided by the judge, prosecution, and defense, over coffee days before the actual court date.
They aren't concerned with little details like evidence that would exonerate you if they bothered to collect it or review it.
Someone has to pay for the crime.
    Regardless of your innocence.

      This happened in Minnesota.
I think its awesome this guy is putting his spare time into educating the public on the behind the scenes goings on in the "legal' process.
At the same time, I also realize that by doing so, he is effectively doing free advertising to bring clients in to his law office.
      Nothing wrong with that.
It shows he is a progressive thinker that is willing to go the extra mile for what he believes in.
      That's a good thing.
As long as he believes in you.

It's easy to complain about the public defender, judge and prosecutor but WHAT DID YOU DO TO ASSIST your attorney? Remember, it is your case and your life. How bad do you want to prove your innocence? You either plea or you fight. It sounds like you took a plea. Judge asked if anyone forced or compelled you to take the deal right? What did you say? General comment so general answer but if you are listening or watching this channel and are innocent then GET UP and fight back. Set meetings with your attorney, discuss defenses, help your attorney. Do what they need. Help in your own defense.

I sent them so much info exonerating. Including a video of the alleged incident . That clearly showed there was no assault . They all told me take it to trial or plea . And abandoned my case .
The 4th lawyer 2 years later and 20 hearings was able to dismiss with prejudice : because the state said they lost exculpatory video . Basically the same video I already had that exonerated me .

However in the the criminal justice system it's not just nothing you get, it's less than nothing. What I mean is, you basically get an attorney that is specifically working against you and for the prosecutor. This is exactly what just happened to me.

Some say that the mindset of a prosecutor never changes because they chose to be prosecutors right out of the gate. Does something, or some case happen that opens their eyes to the notion that the justice system is slanted in favor of the prosecution, and one day they reach their limit sort of speak? Im not sayin' they're all bad, just seems they had an option, and they chose to prosecute.

What a great question. I have talked about this many times but never put a video out. I think that generally, not all, prosecutors that switch sides have difficulties. There are things that they know. If its their prior office they can certainly get people on phone easier and not have to hunt for the prosecutor like I do. As a prosecutor, your job is too prosecute and the defense attorney's job to persuade you, the judge the jury etc of what is applicable and what is not. That goes for punishment. I often have offers of prison or jail that after extensive conversation is removed. Over time, perspective can change but if you were trained to think that x charge should be x punishment, its hard to get out of that mindset. I have seen former prosecutors turn into excellent defense attorneys too. Really great question. Oh and yes most likely do it for the money. :)

Aa a victim of a recent crime in my state, I’ve had to deal with a long winded delated case that’s been dragged out for 4.5 years… what i’ve seen happen to our criminal justice system, first hand in the past few years, has been absolutely unimaginable! (At least in the state where I live) It’s difficult for anyone to comprehend how drastic these changes have been. There is a massive overhaul in our justice system in the works right now. Judges and DAs across the board getting ousted if they don’t go along with the soft on crime agenda. They’re either being forced to resign or retire before their two year term ends. So they get replaced with unelected replacements to fill their seats. We are starting to see the effects of this before our eyes; massive increase in theft, violent crimes, homicides, assaults. It happening everywhere where there’s new bail reform… 4 years ago, there were approximately 30-40 cases heard in a session.. now they have two sessions with over 150 cases each for the same department. Do you really think all these offenders are all getting locked up?

The truly outrageous factor here just gets blipped over. I give you a thumbs up for pointing out judges mostly biased to be tough, not on actual crime, but on any poor schmuck to appear before them. And at 1:20 you say, almost in passing: "We've been in COVID now for what, three months, there's no trials." In my hometown the 18th District Court, and the 2d District Court in the Capital, and several others also used COVID as an excuse to suspend Trial by Jury. Meanwhile the lawyers, both for the defense and the prosecution continued to terrorize suspects into waiving their right to jury trials with the lie "it will be best for you to take this plea bargain" when it may be years before a jury can convene to clear them CLEAR with a "Not Guilty" 😂!
Add to that the long-standing tradition of law officers lying to us, and even reasserting the lies from the witness box, it is time we admitted to ourselves that Trial by Jury has been scuttled and that Rule of Law in the USA is a cruel joke.

I have seen many things as a defense lawyer but corruption I've seen a hand full of times- not much. I usually see overcharged crimes, laziness, lack of evidence, witnesses and police that lie or exaggerate and defendants that sugarcoat ( lie) the same way police do. People are people good and bad in all aspects of society. I don't sugarcoat anything.

After it's brought to light by outside assistance isn't the jurisdiction that it supposedly came from obligated to rectify it by any legal recourse on the l jurisdiction that used the falsified warrant? How can this be considered legal just to save embarrassment for both jurisdiction when a person's life is at risk of imprisonment?

A defendant plead guilty but then mentioned a "detail" that convinced the judge that the defendant was not guilty and told the public defenders that she didn't accept her guilty plea.
The same day, the same public defender appeared in front of the same judge with a different defendant who also plead guilty. This time, the judge looked at the case with a little more attention and again, she found something that proved the defendant was not guilty.
Do some public defenders convince their clients to plead guilty just because it makes it easier and faster for them or is there something more going on behind the scenes?

Well I guess we're kind of lucky, or kind of unique in our judicial district because it represents Three counties. He represents my county which is the district seat, so maybe he is a champion for the Bill of Rights because he witnesses first hand how much of a good ole boy network this judicial district can be at times. With that being said, I was a member of the gallery of the court of the state favoring judge and before the next case was called to order the judge asked the prosecution and defense attorneys to approach. Now mind your the courtroom was empty save the individuals previously mentioned and myself. Hey Man I have a question but please do not read into my question further than face value. I'm hearing your language either a position to not get too personally involved when a client is unjustly entered into the system. Which I can understand. Am I reading you correctly because if not that what is the purpose of not saying what it is? I ask because, i was sent to prison after 2yrs of my wife lying as her family and prosecutors tag team and the state holding my son "hostage" to pressure me that I cannot wrap my head around to this day the total lack of treatment as if I'm not a human being. The more evidence I was able to submit and raising my bail even when the story of the latest lie written and a copy provided with the date [the judge raised my bail. Even though I'm injured and was the victim[no I'm not a victim any longer than is needed but I'm instead shackled to the role as a perp and bail increase unrecoverable even though I had probably the #1 alibi a person can dream of. I was in jail and served 4 months...in the same county. Honestly the only crime only record I ever committed. 100% but being innocent after a false arrest. Cops caught lying in prelim and many more exhibits that build a solid wall that I'm likely...and I cant even convey this properly. Sorry for this long story...I'm still being dragged along as new laws about my status and it's getting me assaulted by cops and detained by TSA 3 times out of 3 trips . The last one in may..7 TSA guys going ballistic and intimidating me for asking questions. The ruling that covers my status says I'm not supposed to be detained and searched every time. I dont how you do it but those prosecutors they are criminals. Thugs really. I cant imagine a more corrupted position that should be under the scope so the Tyranny is minimized down to simple flaws in everyone but..to not see how they destroyed my world. My only son kidnapped with state and Family court in the end so bold sent my attorney back with. They basically see mow I'm the victim as they dont bother to recognize what they did to my son givi g him right over to his mom..the actual peratratir abuser. Telling me..its Family courts version that was wrong but since they cant be bothered to even admit anything and even give me the max on 3. 6. Or 8 which was just stacked up and bot even evidence to support . They said sorry...you just have to go to prison. The child abuser gets off..gets custody and since 2005 has been teaching him to hate me. I dont even know what he looks like and called me at 22yrs old obviously not his fault. Kids cant stand up to that type of abuse. He cant even tell me why..he he just demands I move on. I dont deserve to even be called a dad.he was being directed word for word by his mom. I know her language. He was using chick break up language lol then hung up and the 2 disappeared. Moved. Gone.i dont know how to cope with this...I moved on a far as I can. I survived war and prison and being abused by.parole after I pass a mandatory polygraph that supports my wild claim of innocent. If I were not mentally tough and a person who has decided to increase my ethical ideals and live by word now that as a younger man unable to fully grasp..I would have ended my life by now. I hung on for my son now I have lost again and yet...there is no win. Only hope that by telling the truth will do so.ething. but no onr.can understand or see with any clarity I'm not even exaggerating. I'm actually minimizing . The parole agent who flys from the east coast every few months and administered the polygraph tells me ...ok. I believe you now ... which you would not need that to see through my case. 2 pare agents that later retire and one is promoted..had took one glance at me..after one short glance in my file. Visit me and both but seperate ask me why? Why is my wife not sitting in prison? That's easy. Feminism we are like fish who gave no concept of water...we swim in a world dominated by women fir women and us dumb men laugh when dudes get prison time, their dicks cut off by jealous women and then she is cheered on talk shows by hordes of these sick people gaining standing ovations. While guys and boys..our son moving toward the same fate..but cant even see or remember he used to trust me told me every day he loved me and watched finding Nemo so many times we both say every line but now it's like he is a zombie. It's the worst thing and I've seen alot. I'd rather see the shit o saw in iraq than see my son unable to think normally. Or even give me more than than a minute to offer him a way to verify my credibility. I asked for 1 hour and offered him my entire savings of 30k to keep and an additional 1k for each question his mom passed on a polygraph and the condition I fail sk there is less doubt. He blows off 30 k! Even if he was retarded I cannot see how that would not peak so.e interest or motivation for 1 hour visit. Instead just keeps insulting me. Which he will regret if or when he has the final aha moment but I'm dead already. He is going to not forgive himself if he is normal or can decelope the faculties necessary for developing empathy.
This is not a lloy for pity..I dont want pity or empty sorries that dont apply. I know answers are scarce and I couldnt know these inside truths that are sending other Americans and just men who are not 2 dimensional fictional players.were told their entire life all the safety guards of rights and you have the truth and confidently walk in and you discover quite quickly it's a total sham and then a knife slams into your ribcage like in THE Gladiator . They hide it and are perfectly hobbled with just no time to even comprehend what you did to deserve it. No air
Cant call for help. Family was all in when I was in news papers being called heros but when faces even.the possibilty of embarrassment or even to help me...instead they join in and these are not strangers. My sisters and a brother. I'm not mad because I just see their dysfunctional coping and sorta just feel that cant be normal and if family were like that during our evolution people would not survive. If your family would turn.on you like that
...its a dysfunction and at best cowardly of them. They know me and up 2002 spend holidays and nieces and nephews all close as I have ever known. Last my mom said she had to tell my sister that calling police on me and for what I have no clue..I got into an argument with my brother.but I did kind of spill a few skeletons that my sister has hidden lol..but still even threatening me with police and by family and for christ sakes . I guess these people were always weird ass pretenders to he humans? Yuck..its weird

What if you suspect that your defense attorney manufactured witness statements and maybe never talked to the witnesses? My defense attorney reports that they did not audio tape witness statements and when the two witnesses reported they would cooperate with the courts I challenge him with a proper list of questions to ask the witnesses. He now reports that the witnesses are no longer available. He has the addresses of both witnesses and phone numbers. I believe he is lying. Also I am dealing with other issues of withholding knowledge and picture evidence. How do I confirm these elements? Also I discharged my defense attorney and another defense attorney was appointed. However after meeting with judge I was in conference with the discharged defense attorney. While having conversations about the attorneys conduct the attorney asked me how my family is doing? This man does not give a shit about my family. This is a threat to me and my family. He then gets up and walks from the conversation representing that he is not going to defend me. Well I already discharged him. This scares me and represents that he is going to manipulate the system in some way. I am documenting all the disclosure of the defense attorney to send to the Nevada Bar Association. However I am still concerned because the judge represents that my defense attorney is a fine defense attorney that he has been working with for five years. I told the judge that my defense attorney withheld knowledge of witnesses from me and evidence of pictures of me. The judge did not respond... I am in a world of shit... What do you think?

If only our Attorney actually stood up for my nephew like you stood up for this guy he probably would not be in prison right now. The attorney little did we know until after the whole thing was said and done had buddied up with the DA and everyone in the courthouse and had taken a job from the county court system as a court appointed attorney. I knew something changed about him from March to June. I read back over all his emails and the statements from the police officers and yes he changed. He went along with everything the DA wanted which was to put my nephew in Prison. My nephew has some mental issues stemming from his physical and mental abuse growing up with his father beating him relentlessly. He saw a psychiatrist when he was around 14 who said yes he is bipolar had OCD and Paranoia. A psychiatrist came into the jail to see him and suggested that he go to a residential mental health facility which in the very beginning right after taking our money Attorney was all for it. Yes it won’t be a problem. We can get him some mental help. The psychiatrist even sent us the letter of recommendation and the application and also the contact person’s name in the facility. So around June the Attorney is saying they offered him a plea deal at first 15 years serve 4. The attorney is holding back I suppose. I asked him 3 different times what about psychiatrist in an email and the last time I mentioned it he responded with who the heck is that? I don’t even know who your talking about. He signed off on the paperwork where she had turned the report back over to the DA but he had no idea who she was. He didn’t know what I was talking about. Needless to say he got 15 years serve 3. He was charged with elderly abuse which was all fabricated by the police officers and the DA. My mother told them he never touched her. He really didn’t. Yes they were arguing but that’s it. From the day he was born I have never known of him to even try to hit anyone. It was the opposite. Everyone would beat up on him. My mother said she sort of laughed when he said something crazy to her. She was not afraid of him in the least. But the police officers insisted. So did the DA after my mother had some very choice words to say to him. It was retaliation and our attorney who now was playing footsie with the attorney’s in that town. So sad for my nephew. He is 29 years old but has the mentality of a 16 year old. You never really know someone until you get in there with them and work or try to work with them and the real them will come shining through. Thank you for telling that story. You seem like such a great Attorney. The way Attorneys should be. For that I thank you

oh, yeah? I am in New Jersey. Here, lawyers recommend lawyers to be judges to be appointed by the governor, who then sit on cases for the attorneys who got them appointed. Then after 7 years they get reviewed by lawyers who reappoint the judge to keep sitting in on the cases of the lawyers who got them their job. If the judge does something stupid, which they do often, they might be reviewed after a judicial complaint, by lawyers. At no point in this strangely insular process does the public have any input. In fact, the lawyers and judges could give a rat's ass about what the unwashed masses think. You mean nothing to the courts. Your only role is to be a victim or a criminal. Those roles assigned to you are the lifeblood of the system. Literally, without victims blood, there is no money for the lawyers. No boat, not tee times, no backslapping in the courthouse, no disdain for those who can't quite seem to work a little Latin into their vernacular. At least with elections the assholes can be removed. Believe me, I have seen assholes in black costumes with their clown hammers hit untill I sat in on my friends 5 year long divorce. The indifference and arrogance of the judges was a real eye opener. I no longer respect the courts in any way. My neice was found dead. Her last words texted was " I think he broke my ribs". Well, when the lawyer for the little shit, who was before has since been involved in more abuse, showed up with the attorney for Bruce Springsteen, the prosecutors just gave way. I don't consider myself subject to the courts anymore. The courts are your enemy, trust me. The courts are indifferent and incompetent at best. My impression is corruption. When a registered sex offender hires a former chief of detectives for the county as a "consultant" and his brother to a 120k a year job, and is sentenced to 364 days in the county jail for gigabytes of pornography involving toddlers; gee what do you think happened?. Oh, and when he was dropped off at the jail one day and was home on release the next..... welcome to NJ. I read the entire case and have seen the checks to the "consultant". Thank god you have elections. We have assholes.

That's unbelievable that a prosecutor would say he knows it will get overturned on appeal but he's going forward anyway. Isn't that against bar ethics? It's also possibly criminal malicious prosecution. That you would countenance such egregious misconduct taints your integrity.

Where's the line crossed that witholds video evidence of a high crime such as a cop using a edged pair of handcuffs like a serial killer would to cut the palm of my hand then do a happy dance like he was a star in a purge movie and his just won points with his fellow career criminal cops on scene.
Watched it in my public defenders office.hell he had it saved as if it was a treasure.
But didn't give it to me when i requested them.but there on my channel.heavily skillfully edited by the cops to fit there narrative.hollywood caliber.but still they couldn't put anough lipstick on those pigs.

Hey buddy if your such a good guy why don't you tell your clients they have the most powerful status in this PRIVATE business known as a defacto pseudo quasi judicial administrative court? Why don't you tell your clients that the court is a FICTION of law?

I sincerely acknowledge your viewpoint, and I wish to affirm that the quality of being a virtuous individual does not hinge upon the utilization of particular terminologies, such as "defacto pseudo quasi judicial administrative court" or any other legal parlance. Goodness, in its essence, surpasses mere verbal expressions or designations. It embodies the practice of treating others with benevolence, understanding, and courtesy, irrespective of the linguistic constructs we employ.
For those that read the above comment and thought "huh? ain't nobody got time to break out the dictionary, thesaurus and other translation materials". I got you. Translation below.
      * De facto: It means something is real or exists, even if it's not officially recognized by the law. So, a "defacto court" is like a court that acts as if it's real and important, but it might not have the official approval or legality.
      * Pseudo: This means something is fake or not genuine. A "pseudo court" looks like a real court, but it doesn't actually have the legal power to make official decisions.
      * Quasi: It means something is kind of similar to another thing. A "quasi-judicial court" is like a court, but it might not have all the full powers and rules of a regular court.
      * Administrative Court: This type of court deals with problems related to government decisions. It checks if the decisions made by government agencies follow the law.
So, when we say "defacto pseudo quasi judicial administrative court," it's like talking about a court-like thing that acts as if it's a real court, but it might not have all the official powers of a regular court. It handles government-related issues, but its decisions may not have the same importance as those of an officially recognized court.
Umm, ok. I'll let everyone know. Thank you for your comment.

So here's my case, I got a possession of controlled substance (fake meth that wasn't drugs but was in a baggie) and 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia. But listen I immediately took responsibility for the meth pipe for my boyfriend due to my boyfriend at the time was facing 5 years if he got charged with another (4th) DUI/DWI but they asked me if they'd find anything else in the car if they searched which they were aloud to due to him being on bail/probation/alcohol monitor bracelet and I truly didn't think there was anything else in the car. Well there was a baggie with "drugs" that he got burnt with so it wasn't any sort of drug they threw me around and threw cuffs on me yelling at me telling me now we asked if we would find anything else and you lied. And I said no I didnt what are you talking about? And they showed me, and I was like uhm no sir I was being honest when I said you wouldn't find anything, so obviously it's not mine or I just dont remember having it there. It was I my boyfriend's cigarette pack and so I denied it the entire time and then found Subutex which I said I had them left over from my old prescription and so they just charged me with 2 charges but I should only face paraphernalia charge so wtf? What do I do? First time offender by the way but my charge was given to me in west hempfield I believe because I was in Manheim at the time and the Hempfield police pulled us over in a dollar general parking lot because we were sleeping in his BMW because of no gas to get home. Well they only pulled us over because someone had left a garbage bag out in the parking lot and we pulled in after hours and sat there for a little bit so apparently that's suspicious and a legit reason to pull us over even though his car wasn't even on. and we were just parked with keys out of the ignition. I don't understand really tbh. All of it confuses me. But me and him broke up BUT I have no ride to get to court. Plus he won't give me my I, multiple bank cards, clothes, shoes, makeup, etc.... which I'm gonna file a police report soon but I have a warrant for failure to appear so like it was active for a few months and then checked a month ago and it's currently inactive whatever that means.

If you are just puttering a plea in for a client, why do they need you? Thanks

The comment seems to be throwing a jab, and I have no idea what puttering a plea means but it does not sound flattering. If I could file a motion and/or go to trial on 100% of my clients cases, I would, however that would be my desire and not in my clients best interest. I do what is best for my clients and they tell me that is best for them. Sometimes, that is diversion, sometimes a plea, sometimes technical argument via motion and sometimes going to trial. BTW. when someone simply jabbed at me in a boxing ring, they got KO'd. Have a great day and thanks for watching.

Same thing is happening to me in Monroe Township New Jersey...I got a DUI in February...5 months into the proceedings I was offered a plea agreement of reckless driving and a dismissal of the DUI and I refused. A week later I get a ticket in the mail from Monroe and it's a reckless driving added to my charges...So the plea becomes a new charge...No way that is happening unless my lawyer is in on it, the prosecutor Jennifer Burgess, who has since recused herself, instructs the cop, Officer David Pena, to do it, and the Police Chief Michael Biennas, signing off on it!!!...Long story short is the DUI and the RECKLESS DRIVING have since been dismissed and now I want to know if I have legal recourse because I feel aggrieved. ..Anyone know a lawyer to help me?

your talking 50/50 like this is a civil court. Please explain why a preponderance of evidence is even in play? Judges also have quotas for minor criminal and violation offenses. It isn't right.

      Dave I agree with u .
And this is what I responded to him as well .
Foley the way u just responded to that persons comment about playing with peoples lives .
Sounds like u r presuming that just because someone got charged : means they did it ?? A lot of people are not only charged maliciously or by mistake but also convicted of crimes they never committed ??? That person Sounded like he or she were prosecuted for something that wasn’t born and didn’t happen or they had nothing to do with .
I can tell because , I was charged maliciously . And it is 1000 percent playing with a persons life . There were times I wanted to kill myself going through a process like that believing oh I have proof it’s fake . And they will just listen to me and dismiss it or won’t prosecute right away . But 2 years ? With a corrupt previous prosecutor Newly elected judge . And just a sham system .
It’s hurtful to hear how u responded . Then think before u commit a crime ??? Not everyone committed the crime!!!! Some people need a lawyer because they are innocent !!!
If I committed a crime I would plea bargain right away and move on with my life . But how do u plea bargain or admit to something u know u didn’t do ???
