Five Nights at Freddy's contains many covert messages that allude to a deeper, Christian-inspired story. In today's video, I analyze these messages. •Site: denshi.org
I have felt that there are Christian themes to this game. For example: The souls are not at rest because they were murdered. It is said somewhere in the bible, that the souls of the saints cry out to GOD and ask him, "How long until you avenge us?". But GOD says to them "Go back to sleep, now is not the time." Also, there are some Catholics who believe that when a soul is unjustly murdered, their soul is not at rest. The same kind of thing happens when the children are murdered by William Afton. (I am not a Catholic, I am just pointing out that these are their views,) Another example is when William Afton becomes Springtrap. When William becomes Springtrap, he is then locked away and sealed up in a hidden room for about 30 years. When Satan is defeated when Jesus Christ returns to establish HIS kingdom on this world, Satan is captured, and thrown into the bottomless pit for 1000 years. Another interesting kind of similarity to the FNaF games. The final kind of similarity to the bible that these games have, is when William is freed from his prison, he immediately tries to go back to his old ways, without any kind of remorse, or even thinking about his actions, and how they caused him to end up being stuck in that room for 30 years. He then gathers up the rest of his creations, and tries to murder kids at a supposed huge party that will happen. But it turns out to be a trap, and they are all burned to death. But Henry, the one who fooled them, tells the other creations that there is peace waiting for them after the smoke clears. But he remarks to William Afton that there will be no peace for him, and that he is going to die. The bible states that when Satan is set loose from the bottomless pit, he shows no remorse, and doesn't even think about changing his ways (Amazing how after 1000 years in the bottomless pit, he doesn't even reflect on how he got himself there, and that maybe he should stop sinning and sincerely repent). Satan then goes out and deceives the nations, and convinces them to try and kill the Saints of GOD again. Here is the passage in Revelation Chapter 20: 7 When the thousand years come to an end, Satan will be let out of his prison. 8 He will go out to deceive the nations-called Gog and Magog-in every corner of the earth. He will gather them together for battle-a mighty army, as numberless as sand along the seashore. 9 And I saw them as they went up on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded God’s people and the beloved city. But fire from heaven came down on the attacking armies and consumed them. And GOD will then resurrect the people who were deceived into following Satan, and will give them another opportunity to seek to do his will. Similar to how the animatronics who followed William Afton, are assured by Henry that they will receive peace after they are burned. Very similar to what happens in FNaF 6. Whether intentional or not. For those people who say that Five Nights at Freddy's is a game series that glorifies violence, possession, and killing, take a closer look at the overall story line. It is a game that shows that the wicked will receive their justice when it is time, and possibly when they least expect it. It really has a lot of similarities to certain passages in the bible. Scott Cawthon is a Christian (As to how much of GOD's instructions he follows is unknown, but at least he is trying in this dark and evil world that we live in), and if you look at his past videos and interviews, he really does have a belief in GOD, and our LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, the King of kings, and the Lord of all lords. GOD bless everyone who reads this! And may HIS peace come upon you in these dark days!
Wdym by “Jesus Christ returns to establish his Kingdom on this would” or was it a typo and would actually meant world? Also very Interesting comparisons that you made!
This actually makes sense, even though Scott didn’t intentionally do this. Which I’m sad he didn’t… Also the stuff that Scott said shown at 0:24 is really sad, I hope his relationship with God has improved or does so in the future. Which it’s confusing what he said in the last paragraph, not sure if it means God did use him…
Yeah it was just a meme video I wanted to make but it ended up making a lot of sense for whatever reason. I think it's normal for people to unintentionally include religious allegory when they have a close relationship with God.
This is like me years ago trying to hear music that did not glorify God and trying to explain how the lyrics "could mean something spiritually good." What sorrow for those who say that evil is good and good is evil, that dark is light and light is dark, that bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter. Isa 5:20 I am by now means a holy roller, but do not deceive yourselves.
I don't think any of this was intended but it's weird how a lot of of this matches up I thick scott may have unintentionally put Christian symbolism in fnaf
Doesn't matter if they were attended or not it's a fact that every content creator always create stuff that has morals that they believe in no matter if they did it tentionally or not
I think that baby is the pope who get rejected by melted freddy because there is no anomatronic with universal juridiction accord to the original puppet code. Melted freddy would represent protestantism for this reason. In fnaf six both baby and melted freddy die in the fire that signify anathema.
I understand this is all a joke, but as a Christian, I must reiterate the fact that there are little to no Christian messages in FNAF. Considering how many innocent lives the main four animatronics took, I do not really believe they are benevolent in any way, shape or form.
This video was written and made entirely as a joke. While there are some coincidences in the games, I'm not genuinely claiming any of this has religious significance or was intentional at all. It just made for a funny video where I can call The Purple Guy the Antichrist

I'm assuming that balloon boy is a subtle hint at the Patriarch of Moscow.

Its the suit william used to kill kids
The only reason i stopped watching and playing fnaf is because apparently anthropomorphism is a cardinal(mortal)sin.
Just to be clear, this video is a parody and I do not genuinely endorse the opinions here.
