Where are you getting 745 am from? If we had prayer in schools we would be praying all day long. Or various times throughout the day. A lot of teachers are Christians. At least where I am from. At my old church I would go to , I would see them walk in and think, wow I know this teacher from this school and this teacher from that school etc. in my women’s Bible study a few women also said they were teachers. The pastors wife was in that Bible study. I was so disappointed when The preacher preached a sermon and said, I don’t know if any of you are teachers but what is vacation was the same thing as school? Well basically, vacation is just the absence of school. You know none of teachers can afford vacation unless we have a rich spouse. Second of all, how do you as a pastor not know your congregation? That’s the sign of a bad pastor! He didn’t even bother to ask his wife before he got up on the stage. She could have told him.

They have a problem but it’s not my problem. That’s what the sub have said. The biggest problem with these kinds of jobs is trying to fix other peoples problems . If the administrators are noticing this big of a problem them guilt shaming or victim blaming one substitute is not going to fix the problem. They need to do a complete overhaul with the school district. Find out where all this money is going. Find out why teachers aren’t showing up to work. Find out which jobs take priority over others. Put paras and administrators in positions even if it’s only for a few hours at a time. Trying to put the whole district’s problems on a person who is making $11 an hour is the fastest way to make them leave or get overly stressed out. People are right. This is how you know the Devil has moved in. Put prayer back in schools and let Gods people be there. It’s really a spiritual war in these schools and I don’t care what anyone says about it. That is the truth!

Do you think that if teacher's wages were reasonable and way better, then she would accept the teaching position vacancy? And this includes teachers in general. There is a reason why a huge number of teachers have quit teaching in general this school year compared to other years. This is due to unrealistic expectations from the district and low pay (and yes it's low pay because a lot of teachers do a lot more in the classroom and outside than just teaching subjects). There is no point for a teacher to give a student extra help after school since it's a lot of time taken out of their day with the pay they get.

I definitely think this woman should look out for her best interest. There will be less and less teachers. The computers can teach the kids.
