- "The motivational value of failure" by Dr. Rashad Richey Dr. Rashad Richey’s aggressive and opinionated on-air style led him to being voted “Best Talk Radio Personality in Atlanta” by readers of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for his weekly midday show on News and Talk 1380-WAOK. Rashad is also the Political/Social Commentator for The People’s Station V-103, the nations’ largest urban station. Rashad is also on television as the daily Political Analyst for CBS 46 News and Peachtree TV Atlanta.
This year, Rashad was nominated for an Emmy Award for his riveting television coverage. You can also see him as a weekly Progressive Commentator on Fox National News and MSNBC. Beyond broadcasting, Rashad serves as the Chief Editor-At-Large and Sr. Writer for Rolling Out Magazine.
As a teenager, Rashad experienced life as a foster child and encountered true despair. This passion sparked the flame that created The Rashad Richey Foundation, Inc., an organization dedicated to mentoring at-risk youth. I found Doc on tyt in around May or June of '22 and became a fan of his demeanor, presence and his command of respect. Those are qualities I like in people because I demonstrate that myself. This was a truly inspiring story.
He has created a fake persona to compliment all of the diploma mill degrees he has purchased.
I always wanted to know Doc's back story. From failure to triumph. Very inspirational 👏. I came here by way of TYT. I'm a huge fan! Salute.

I was in my early forties going back to college after 20 years and I have to admit that failing in school has excelled me to from a DC average to a b average it's helped me a lot help me to understand how to study better what concepts I need to retain what concepts I need to study and what I don't it's just help me tremendously not now I excel every semester I get better and better but it's not just in learning things to pass a test but the concepts that I learned I apply to my real life experiences and to me that's the real success to me that's what college should be about can are we learning cactus and tools and concepts to apply in real life most of the time people say no but for me it has been helpful
