Hi Nitin, Should we send resignation mail via official mail id or by personal gmail? As often some of the organization don't allow us to send email to our personal gmail (i think that should then also not allow if we put personal Gmail in BCC field).

If you really wanna leave your company, you should directly send a resignation mail! But if you want to make some negotiations, So you are not sure whether you want to leave or not, then you can talk to your manager
