Fell upon this mistakenly, and loved every minute of it. Good job.
A bit of constructive criticism (for the guy) - you don't exude a lot of confidence, & seeing as you are the host, you have to show a level of confidence that your visitors can feed off of, i.e. you ask a question, and before you finish your thought you put your fingers over your lips. Its feels like you are shy to say what you want to say, you dont have confidence in the words coming out of your mouth or perhaps its a cool thing, either way it's not a good look. Additionally, you need better chairs (for both people), chairs that dont make you sink in, chairs that make you sit upright - even when one isnt confident, sitting upright exudes a bit of it. For example, look at how the lady is sitting, she doesnt let the chair suck her in, she is certainly more poised and in control of the interview than you are. Good luck with everything.
