Oh, diddums, Snowflake. Life is change and language changes all the time. It is acceptable to use 'they' as a singular pronoun and always has been. If Gordon prefers the pronoun 'they' it is rude to use anything else.
Oh, for all that is sane, stop using they/them/their for a single person. It’s plural. Ex: Sam and Judy took THEIR kids to the park. THEY ( Sam, Judy and the kids) had so much fun, etc.
'Woke' means 'aware and watchful'. Language changes over time. Life is change. Adapt or be left behind, like the USA which is rapidly sinking into insignificance. Oh, and 'he' is used in relation to Zorath.
Interesting story, but the constant referral to Gordon and other individuals as a "they" is annoying and destroys the flow of the story, since it pulls me up short every time it happens. Also some spelling errors.
Gordon is a he not a they. That is somewhat annoying.
I would certainly flunk this effort. Completely unrestrained use of incorrect pronouns!

I agree with all the comments listed.
Yeah, they/he had a problem with that.
Then learn that language changes over time. Or do you hide in your rut?

No, 'they' does not have to be plural. Language changes over time. It has changed a lot during my lifetime.
@@stephaniewilson3955 You picked the wrong word to correct "their" can apply to an individual. "They" is a plural word not a gender adjective.
I like the story too bad sci-fi has gone woke. Why! They, Them, We do not show gender! No him, her . AI the liberal/democrat programs system. So sad.
