One thing that puts me off buying certain ingredients is I don't know if I'll use them much *or* I use them too quickly! 😄

Here's a wee tip for the patties - If they're too sticky and wet, pop them in the freezer after you mould them for half an hour :) Keeps the shape and makes them a bit more sturdy for the pan! Looks delicious xxx
Sara - try leaving a few ingredients out of your patties and mash them by hand with a potato masher. Mix the rest in your nutro bullet and combine. Add additional flour to get a consistency that you want. That way you can have the added texture that you want. I would add a grain as well, rice, quiona, etc. Making your own veggie patties can be fun, thanks for sharing your ideas, it helps me come up with healthy ideas.

In January I became a pescatarian - I ate no chicken or meat and actually didn't have fish that much either, I felt so good for such a long time - I didn't feel like I needed meat or chicken at all ( and my family eat it all time ). Three days ago now I had meat ! But when I ate it I didn't feel any attachment at all towards it 😂.so I decided to let my body eat meat and chicken for a month or two then go back to being a pescatarian for the rest of the year. Make your own protein balls, and buying her line isn't something you have to do as a necessity, she got the awesome opportunity to design and sell great workout gear and unfortunately for something good quality that's what it costs! She's not the only one influencing the prices of her products, business doesn't work like that.

I love tuna too! I was eating it all the time also (like a can for lunch 2-4 times a week) but then I realized I had to be cognizant of my mercury levels. Just something to keep in mind ☺️
