I’ve seen a few of your videos before but came here for this one from Craig’s channel! I just got done watching you replace the head gasket on it. It was awesome watching you learn how to do your own wrenching. It’s a great skill to have for sure and I hope you continue to learn more and more about doing your own repairs and maintenance. Not only will it save you a fortune but there’s not much that feels better than knowing you did your own work.

Thurmond, WV is cool. Glad you stopped there. It was once a busy place in the beautiful New River Gorge. I did field service all over the state and would do work about a mile from there.
Just caught this on Craigs channel and had to come here to see your vid. So great to see you guys tackle this and great job wrenching! I think alot of us learned a thing or two.

You are really a unique lady, funny and a perfectionate wishing to learn everything. I have been watching you from the very beginning and all way looking forward to your next adventure.
heel shifters coming off those bikes is actually kinda common. i have a '13 road king police bike that ive been riding for like... idk 8 years or so now. was riding by myself during the first part of the covid quarantines and took my exit on the interstate about a mile from home, went to downshift and missed the peg. looked down and was like.... oh, i no longer have shifters. cool. cool cool coolcoolcool. was lucky cause there were two stoplights i needed to get through to get to my house, but, you know.... covid, so i just ran em, no one was on the roads. 6th gear lugging the motor bad but i made it. i lost the whole shifter shaft, so both the heel and toe shifters were just gone.
Nice doodling Doodle. Those things are so heavy. I always thought that american bikes with the feet up-forward position were that way because the stand over height was lower. It seems I was wrong, they are just goppingly huge in every way. Engine capacity 50% greater than my car.
found you through craigs channel, great video doodle, I will be watching more, loved the silent hill movies and the game but i never knew it was based on a real town called Centralia 😮

Doodle, I’m still laughing. Not only do you make me happy you make all of us out here happy simply because you are just a happy person…. It’s a true joy to watch you in your exploits on motorcycles. Anyways, be safe out there keep the rubber side up, and enjoy life to the fullest just as you are.
I SUB, & I would have left this with only my thumb up & no comment, but your conclusion brought me here: I ALSO own an older Police Harley that came from WA auction after its service. Only 14k miles- like NEW right? More than doubled those miles since, & MY rear shifter rattled off, TOO. Thanks for BRINGING IT like you do & bringing my smile as well.
I dont know if you remember me but i was the guy you met at Appalachian harley with the purple ultra. Glad to see you had a safe trip back and made it home 👍
It's always nice to see your videos. It was nice to see you close to my home area, Centralia is about half an hour from me. Ride safe and enjoy your ride.
Love the Enterprise Blanket!
Thank you for sharing your adventure! Enjoyed watching both your videos on the Harley Police bike 🤩
Great video, I work on those train tracks at Thurmond and travel through either west or eastbound daily. Thanks for putting the history of the Thurmond area out.
After fixing it with Craig.. Riding 1000 miles on a bike that Sean broke..
Nice!
I love that part where you say, "I'm Sean's boss".. the look on your face makes it believable.. 😂🤣
love watching this channel, and love you..
Ride on sister..
Afyer being subscribed to your channel for quite a while, you gave me a ❤ on my comment.. just wanted to say thanks for noticing me "Doodle".. 😊
Saw you on The Bearded Mechanic. Came over to check out your channel. So, I subscribed and look forward to more videos.
Thanks Doodle for the great story, Can't wait to see the next storys, probably tackling the turns and curves.
Great ride, I just rode a 45 year old bike 650 miles home after a flight it to see it. Keep riding.
I saw the whole journey with Bikes and Beards! Awesome the Sherf lives on!
It's awesome you made it to PA, Doodle! Not sure when you filmed this episode. I was riding around in those general areas within the last few weeks. VA is no fun. Bolice in that state have no sense of humor.
Thurmond is in WEST Virginia, not Virginia. Not far from the New River Gorge Bridge. Sorry it rained while you were there. I live in Northern WV and have visited the Gorge many times. By the way, knowing that you live in Atlanta, I absolutely love the Northern GA Mountains. Love riding down there.
Craig is a hero.. 😊
I have one of those portable chargers. I have needed it 3 times. So worth it!
stumbled onto your video...i liked it because I'm from the area not far from Centralia... had to go back and listen to your pronunciation of the gas station...Sa..no..co...but yours was cute also lol...safe traveling
I just picked up a 14 street glide. I’m 5’7 it’s a bit tall for me. But I love the bike
LOL 007 Mechanic here. I am not sure you want to be Sean's boss, great video! I am looking forward to the police video.
I really think this is one of your best videos, don’t know why but it kept my attention.
I watched you on bikes and beards. Working on a old police Harley bike . There i subbed to your channel thumbs up!!!!
I’m here from Craig’s channel.
Craig is an awesome guy and a great mechanic.
Love it when you and Lali get together .. always a fun adventure
Thanks!
Thank ya!
Really cool video, Doodle! I would like to know more about the blue Yamaha IT175 on the lift next to yours. I had a 1977, would love to have another one!
Gotta say love your adventures, and you handled that ole girl quite well, I love my ADV bikes but when you pound out hwy miles nothing better than a big ole bagger.
So awesome to see you in my neck of the woods. I was so excited to see you in WV. You rock !!
When I got my Harley in the last century, I was excited, too, but I think I made different noises.
Doodle, you should watch Bill and Ted at the circle K. You just made history in “something strange”. Soooo crazy it’s exactly Bill and Teds Adventure! That’s hilarious!
you should let me know the next time your in PA, you guys can visit my pizzeria in Chester Springs, near Marsh Creek State Park. Great video
You are really a unique lady, funny and a perfectionate wishing to learn everything. I have been watching you from the very beginning and all way looking forward to your next adventure.
Heel shifter falling off is a good thing.
Enjoy the ride!.
heel shifters coming off those bikes is actually kinda common. i have a '13 road king police bike that ive been riding for like... idk 8 years or so now. was riding by myself during the first part of the covid quarantines and took my exit on the interstate about a mile from home, went to downshift and missed the peg. looked down and was like.... oh, i no longer have shifters. cool. cool cool coolcoolcool. was lucky cause there were two stoplights i needed to get through to get to my house, but, you know.... covid, so i just ran em, no one was on the roads. 6th gear lugging the motor bad but i made it. i lost the whole shifter shaft, so both the heel and toe shifters were just gone.
Bucket List activity is to see the USA on a bike, too. I'm 55 and not getting any younger.
Nice doodling Doodle. Those things are so heavy. I always thought that american bikes with the feet up-forward position were that way because the stand over height was lower. It seems I was wrong, they are just goppingly huge in every way. Engine capacity 50% greater than my car.
Whoops! if that's a 106 it is all but twice the capacity of my car. No wonder we have global warming!
found you through craigs channel, great video doodle, I will be watching more, loved the silent hill movies and the game but i never knew it was based on a real town called Centralia 😮
Thank you for this Information 7:39
I love seeing my favorite RUclipsrs working together!
"im sean's boss".. boss move!! Great footage, great ride. Keep the content coming!!
