Damn, that house is so clean and very well maintained, the kitchen and bathroom tiles, practically look brand new. In fact, it looks move in ready. It feels warm and family friendly, with an understated elegance that raises it up a few more notches. Great video.
This has to be one of the nicest houses you've ever shown. If I had the money, I'd buy it immediately! The basement looks like it could be an apartment. Great job!
@@cotyreed047360 Yes of course I’m subscribe to his channel and he has shown some others that were more elegant than this. It’s just that this one is one of my favorites
I love the house but they could have made that kitchen so much bigger by utilizing that breakfast nook space. This home was well taken care of and loved. Fireplace is gorgeous! Ethan you are a very traditional young man! Thanks Carlo!!
What a beauty. Wow Ethan. When can I move in? Love it. Beautiful floors, lights and the staircase. Don't think I have seen a bar like that before. Awesome. Thanks Ethan, no you are awesome for taking us with you on your fantastic explores. A big thanks to Carlo too. I miss him.
Ethan, you're my favorite urban explorer. Just have one small suggestion: pan the rooms SLOWER. Your comments are great, locations are great and your commentary is fun. Please either go slower or use anti shake program to your camera! Peace!
I’m loving this house!! It’s so nice to see a place with no damage, no graffiti, no water damage, no mold, no crap laying all over the place…it’s just so clean and looks move-in ready…I love the tile in the kitchen they look like blinds and the chandeliers are gorgeous…great explore Ethan!
Whats up Ethan! What an awesome house! It's in perfect shape. Not even any mold. I love it when you explore these clean untouched houses so we can focus on the architecture instead of vandalism and decay. Those chandeliers and curtains are awesome! Stay safe and keep rockin!
Looks like an Italian home, those curtains, the backsplash, I remember my parents had those. Also the fish on the wall, reminds me of an episode of the Sopranos. Nice find Ethan, as usual. Thanks for sharing.❤️
This home was so loved and maintained. It's great to see Carlo in one of your vids - his vids are how I found you before you even started filming your own explores. Man the time has flown.
Hi Ethan 👋I’m loving the house and the fireplace 😁 Great Find too 👍 Nice floors too Ethan 🤩 Thank you for sharing this video 😊 I’m loving the chandeliers too ✌️Outstanding video Ethan 😋
I absolutely love this house. I would live here just the way it is. A few minor updates and that home would be perfect. Thanks for sharing! You found a great one my friend. Hi to Carlo as well.
Hey Ethan and Carlos! This house is great! Very clean and no major problems. Great find. Really loved the foyer and that gorgeous chandelier! With the exception of the fish on the wall, I'll take it! Keep touring more homes! You are the best!! 😘🇺🇸👍✌💖 Peace please!!
The vast majority of Italian's ALWAYS keep their homes in outstanding condition....I should know because I am one. Growing up my sister and I always had chores every day of the week and on Saturday mornings was when we did the DEEP CLEANING lol from floor to ceiling. I also remember in high school (1995-1999) I'd have friends over while my parents were out at camp and I'd be asked "can we smoke in here?" and I say Of Course, my parents smoke, and they would be so surprised because nobody could smell smoke in the house. However we use to paint once a year and shampoo the carpets 3 times a year as well as tear apart the chandeliers and light fixtures 2-3 times a year as well as washing the curtains and blinds. That's when you KNEW you had a clean house if you couldn't smell cigarette smoke lol. Suffice to say growing up like that rubbed off on me in a big way because I vacuum and mop the entire house 3 times a week and paint every couple years as the only times we allow smoking is on New Years OR if certain family members come over and it's winter or raining we'll allow it. If you ever go to an Open House you can usually immediately tell the second you step foot in the house if a wop lives there. Thanks again Ethan for another fantastic tour and I CANNOT get over that this home is being torn down.....whata shame!!
Hi Ethan, I loved this house. It had one of my favorite features a cool Canadian basement with a fantastic bar and a kitchen too! I picture friends hanging out here in the winter with a roaring fire, sipping beer, snacking, playing pool with a hockey game on TV. Thanks
Love it! Good to see Carlos as well!! Whoever owned this place kept it up well, its in immaculate shape. I hope it doesn't get tore down and someone else takes as good care of it as the previous owners. Thnx for the share Ethan!
Hi Ethan I really love this house. If I could I would live there. I didn’t see anything wrong with it. No mold, no falling ceilings no nothing. Is this house going to be demolished? I hope not. It’s so clean too. Has a lot going for it. And yes Ethan those are valances up at the top of the curtain rod. That bathroom was cool with the valance in the shower curtain. It’s just a beautiful place to live in. I can’t imagine why it abandon. That basement was creepy in the dark spots. Ethan don’t think I am criticizing you because I am not but sometimes you have dark spots and I can’t see what you are showing. They had a lot of nice chandeliers and light fixtures in this home. I think this was a 5 star video. Stay safe and well and don’t forget to say “What Is Up Guy’s.” We all love it.
Ethan, I was sad when you missed your signature “What is up you guys” in the upstairs. I thought you maybe weren’t doing that anymore so I was glad when you explained in the basement that you forgot it. Lovely lovely house. Cool brick arches in the basement. Enjoyed the tour.
What a beautiful home! It is hard to believe it is 3 decades old, everything was immaculate. The light fixtures/chandelier were beyond classy. I was cracking up listening to you talk about the drapes. I don't remember you being so excited about drapes in the past. Loved this tour. Thanks~Ethan!
I want to move inn there today, perfect house, clean and no damage😊 All time period houses should be preserved and kept alive forever. Thank you for another great abandoned house tour Ethan Minnie🚪🛋🕯😇
Hey Ethan! What a beautiful home this is! Please say they aren't tearing this one down! It's nice to see the wood floors are consistent throughout the home, aside from kitchen and bathrooms. The light fixtures are so pretty along with the medallions they are centered on! I think this may be one of my favorites! Can't believe how clean and well kept it is! It's obvious that the owners took pride in their home. The tiles throughout are also beautiful, not to mention pristine! Thanks for allowing me to tag along! Again, very nice! Take care! 😊❤️😊
New subscriber here. I absolutely love your appreciation for the small details, like the flowered tiles. And, the draperies. Ions ago, I worked in the Drapes Department at a big department store here in the States and I can tell you those are not cheap! When a person builds a home they tend to make the windows odd sizes, and big, to mainly let in the light, as well as giving an aesthetic appeal. Those drapes are custom made! That would involve hiring an interior decorator to measure each window and bring various samples for the homeowners to give approval. Because the windows aren’t standard sizes, one could not go to a store and buy “ready made” ones. The cost for each of those drapes on the windows in your video would have cost $100s, if not $1000s of dollars. Then when a homeowner left (or whatever circumstances) the home they would leave the drapes because they obviously wouldn’t have been able to use them elsewhere due to the odd measurements. Really enjoy your videos!
This one looks move-in ready. I love the brick bar snd arches, the scalloped edges on some of the balances, the fancy shower curtain, the wood floors including the parquet wood floors, the beautiful chandeliers!
Oh my word Ethan....One of the best ones yet! Love it. When you are a famous architect would you please plan the attic access somewhere rather than inside a closet.which is the dumbest idea yet! Often requires emptying the whole frigg.ing thing.Speaking with personal experience. Not fun. You should be named as a National Treasure. And THAT is what is up you guys
Hi 👋 Ethan...wow wow wow !!! What a stunningly beautiful house...elegance to the max💥...chandeliers are like waterfalls...house is immaculate, could move in now 😀...fascinating basement , the bar fabulous 👌...love love love it ❤...thank you so much for showing this...what's going to happen to it ??..I want to move to Canada ....as always incredible video ...stay safe 🙋♀️ 😘 🥰
YO WHAT'S UP GUYS !!!!! ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL HOME. THANK YOU GET AGAIN FOR SHARING IT WITH US. LOVE THAT IT'S IN SUCH GREAT CONDITION THEY DEFINITELY WERE NOT SMOKERS OR EVERYTHING WOULD BEEN STAINED UP
Very interesting home, it looks like it was loved & cared for 😊 Haven't ever seen tile like this kitchen has, the parquet flooring was in wonderful shape! Yes, the tier part of curtain is indeed called a valance 😄 Thanks Ethan for showing us this gem!
What's up! Ethan, Nice to see Carlo again. What an amazing house. It's a dang shame to tear it down. 😢 Look at your tall self touching the light. Lol I'm 5' no way I could touch it. I reall love the chandeliers. Gorgeous! As always I love your show Thanks for sharing this beauty. Say Hi! To Carlo
Wow!!! I love this house. I could see me living in it. And...oh my gosh...I love those chandeliers!!! That style is gorgeous. I sure hope they get salvaged!! Thanks Ethan and Carlo for a great find!!
🌈🌈🙋♀️ Very cool house. Reminds me a lot of the neighborhood I grew up in and roughly the right time frame. Loved the brick bar and fireplaces and the waterfall chandelier in the staircase. The sheer valances were scalloped and the fabric valance was balloon #CurtainChat lol!! Also enjoyed the flowered tile. A very cool find Ethan!
Fun fact, that kitchen is pure red oak wood. Back in the 80s, if you had a red oak kitchen, you were a shooter lol. How times have changed. This house is so European and myself being Portuguese, this is right at home with me, no pun intended. Love the video Ethan! Thank you for sharing and cheers to Carlo as well.
WELCOME BACK CARLOS I SURE MISS YOU. (I hope your back) miss you two exploring together Ethan are all your exploration in Canada ? I enjoy the way you narration of your exploration s
Love this house! And love how you do the tour pretty much all in one take! A little slower would be nice but greatly appreciate your continuity of the tour - few people who do these kind of videos accomplish this. Always looking forward to another video from you!
Hey Ethan what's up a fabulous home I love wood floors be it what ever kind of wooden floor I just love that over carpet any time anyway thank you for this share 🖤🖤
Hi Ethan 😁Is it just me,...cause I want to turn on all the Chandelier switches! ...No Ethan you can’t swing on them!🙃😂 The tiles in the kitchen, amazing! They look like blinds. The basement is great, love the archways, and you fumbling for your lights in that dark room 👀ha!ha! Great video,Glad your friend came along😁
Beautiful house love it, very open and airy must be difficult to heat, the basement floor was nicer than the ground floor. Beautiful curtains. Thanks for the video Ethen it was nice to see Carlo.
When you opened the door to the stairway storage I half expected to see Harry Potter smiling at you. What a nice home, got to appreciate the quality & Function. Swedish ball lights? Pain to change bulbs in, you have to be a juggler. Thanks for posting this one, Ethan.
This house is very nice. This house ranks up there, and I would rank it in your top 5 explorations. What I love about it, is how open it is. The light fixtures are beautiful. The curtains are beautiful, and I am not one that likes curtains. The house is so clean, from what I could see. I didn't like the kitchen. It reminded me of a galley kitchen, which makes it small... Not much room to work in. Also, too much wood for my liking, but that is how they designed houses back then. Anyway, the house is still beautiful. Thank you for sharing this house with us, Ethan. I really did enjoy this one. Oh, and when you made a comment, about the ceiling having detail, I think they call that a "Popcorn ceiling". I couldn't see it myself, in the video, but the way you described it, made me think right way of those types of ceilings. Popcorn ceilings have a texture to them. I had the same ceilings, in one of my apartments. Actually, I did not care for them. 😝 Anyway, have an awesome weekend, and Memorial Day. Stay safe! BTW, Thumbs 👍🏻 up for wearing your hat backwards!
OMG. I’m Italian American, and that basement is crazy Italian-the arched bar, the second kitchen, the leftover bulk Roma tomato container. Their priorities are in order ❤️❤️. You can tell they had some great parties down there!
Hey Brother .. what the hell ?? 3 mirrors and only 1 "what's up you guys".... Epic basement set up .. can imagine some rocking times happening down there ... thanks Ethan another great one ...
That was awesome, Ethan! I'm so pleased of how clean and well maintained it was. My Dad's a clean-o-holic lol. He would've given this place a two thumbs up. Anyway, great vid! Stay safe. Love ya!
A nice house Ethan, lots beautiful Pendant lighting fixtures it looked to me that the Parents would stay in the dingement with there kitchenette and shower bathroom. And the kiddys would stay up stairs sharing and fighting over that one bathroom. Those old drama theatre style drapes really sucked the light from the outside i assume owners didnt put this for sale as its not dressed to sell. Thx the tour
Lovely house. That basement bar is definitely the jewel in the crown. And very typical Italian to have 2 kitchens. Plus, the bushel of tomatoes, they were likely making their own sauce.
Wow Ethan that house is beautiful . I just don't understand how anyone can walk away and let it get demolished. All the beautiful drapes , parquet flooring , glass chandelier lighting fixtures, the bar was very unique too. I wonder if there was a wood burning stove where the fireplace was in the basement ? I think everyone that watches this video would love to own this beauty !!! Thank you for the tour . 💝💝🎉🎈
Hey Ethan. Whoever the housekeepers 6did a great job everything is so clean still. Wonder how long its been empty. When can me and my family move in it's only 6 of us .

That house is beautiful!!! Great explore Ethan!! Love it! 🥰🥰🥰

I really love the way out of this house! The downstairs was definitely my favorite, very unique bar!! ❤️
Beautiful house love it, very open and airy must be difficult to heat, the basement floor was nicer than the ground floor. Beautiful curtains. Thanks for the video Ethen it was nice to see Carlo.
Italians often have basement kitchens. My inlaws used theres for canning. Looks like this family did too, and for entertaining too.
When you opened the door to the stairway storage I half expected to see Harry Potter smiling at you. What a nice home, got to appreciate the quality & Function. Swedish ball lights? Pain to change bulbs in, you have to be a juggler. Thanks for posting this one, Ethan.

Absolutely gorgeous home ❤️❤️
Ethan. You are at your best! Enthusiastic and innocent!
That was awesome, Ethan! I'm so pleased of how clean and well maintained it was. My Dad's a clean-o-holic lol. He would've given this place a two thumbs up. Anyway, great vid! Stay safe. Love ya!

Great looking house
Very nice explore! This home is really awesome!!
Lovely house. That basement bar is definitely the jewel in the crown. And very typical Italian to have 2 kitchens. Plus, the bushel of tomatoes, they were likely making their own sauce.
all wow beautiful place thanks for sharing ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
Wow Ethan that house is beautiful . I just don't understand how anyone can walk away and let it get demolished. All the beautiful drapes , parquet flooring , glass chandelier lighting fixtures, the bar was very unique too. I wonder if there was a wood burning stove where the fireplace was in the basement ? I think everyone that watches this video would love to own this beauty !!! Thank you for the tour . 💝💝🎉🎈
Loving this house. I can move in tomorrow. It has some lovely features.
In the UK the fabric above the curtains is called a pelmet. I don't know if it's the same in the USA and Canada.
In the US it called a valance. Lol its cool the difference name for items.
Another great house. Love the bar in the basement!
It’s nice to see it was looked after and immaculate, I hope it doesn’t get demolished, thanks peace ✌️
Hey Ethan. Whoever the housekeepers 6did a great job everything is so clean still. Wonder how long its been empty. When can me and my family move in it's only 6 of us .

Lovely home! Such a shame to demolish it! Love the floors and the bar! Party house? I think so. Thanks for sharing ❤
Absolutely beautiful home nice and clean
Gorgeous house. I wouldn't mind living there. 👍☺
The bedrooms are quite big - am surprised that the main bedroom doesn't have an ensuite!!
