The first house was so CLEAN and in such GREAT condition. No mold, water damage, nothing! Needs some landscaping, but the interior looked move-in ready! The second house also looked pretty clean, too. Many people would give anything to live in nice houses like these. So sad they're going to be demolished.

Really liked that first house and with a few minor renovations could imagine living there. Did you mean to leave out the basement? Second was a cute house and a shame after renovations to imagine it as a pile of rubble. So sad that these houses aren’t kept. Love your videos. Thanks Ethan.

Heartbreaking when you see these beautiful homes, which were once full of life and interesting features, waiting on death row. Personally, I remember growing up and being in houses much like the ones in your videos. I love the current movement of “the youngsters” enjoying everything MCM. They have an appreciation, like you, for houses not remotely close to the “cookie cutter” ones of today. Thanks for the adventure plus bonus, Ethan!

I loved the first house, so beautiful and stuck in time. The second house was cool, esp the basement. Right before you showed the basement I was thinking how cool it would be if they kept the downstairs original and that wallpaper certainly was. Excellent explores Ethan, thank you so much!

The first house is so clean and perfect! My stomach drops everytime you show a beautiful home that has so much more life left to provide a family with..just makes me sad n sick at the same time. Love your videos 💕 especially the older ones from like the 60s, 70s and even a few of the ones from the 80s. Idk what it is about the 60s,70s homes that make me wish I lived in that time..like a comfy, safe and family orientated type of life

The first place is a seventies plan, lots of natural light & Views, well cared for , maintained, and Loved. The second? like some one tried to turn a bungalow into a chalet, opened up to a main room, (Must have used Furniture as a divider, Or Not) All that space & no Island work area in the kitchen? Master bedroom looks to have been two kids rooms with the walls removed to allow the plan. I am not a fan of minimalism, Fine if you like it, good job recording them Ethan

I would love to ask you and please don't feel I'm picking on you at all because I know you do this for all of us and I so appreciate you , but maybe go a bit slower while videoing the properties , scan slower from scene to scene , that would be so much easier to watch and to see better ! I hope you understand , again I thank you so much for all you do for us as I do live vicariously through others and that's alright ! I love how you say " what's up guys " when you reach a mirror ! You are as cute as can be ! Keep up the search , keep Exploring ! Stay safe ! Your friend in Humanity , Tamara

    Hi Ethan
I really love the first house. I feel sick about the fact that they are going to demolish
this house. It’s beautiful and has big rooms and I love those 2 sunrooms. The
kitchen is so big and with a double oven on the wall. But what kills me is that nothing
seems to be wrong with it. No mold no falling ceilings and no paint peel. It’s such a
waste to demo this beautiful house. This is one of the nicer houses you have shown
us Ethan. But why didn’t you show us the basement. I will never know if it was creepy.
The second house was OK. There were a lot of wild colors in that house. Guess what I
didn’t find the basement creepy for once. 2 great homes that people could be living in.
It’s a dirty shame and a waste of 2 good houses. I guess that’s progress for you. 5 stars
and 2 thumbs up to you Ethan. Good job. We always expect great videos from you
Ethan and you always deliver. Stay safe and well.👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi, two more wonderful tours. Thank you, i really appreciate the information and views. One thing I wanted to mention is the basement doors in the 2nd house were left open to prevent mold. They had left an open window for circulation but the doors need to stay open for it to work. I rather like an open floor plan and wanted to point out that the laundry room had all the closet storage you would need. Some people rotate their clothing seasonally or by occasion so there wouldn't have been a need for tons or closets upstairs. I liked the planning desk in the laundry room good use of spaceIMO.
