- This House was built in 1977 and is 6300 SQ ft. it was purchased by a builder and will be knocked down so a new house can take it's place.
Yes i know the power is on. and no it is not for sale nor will anyone live here ever again. it has sat like this for 3 years and will continue to until it is inevitably demolished.
One word: Unbelievable, why do beautiful homes like this die? The property is breathtaking and those vault ceilings with big windows are simply gorgeous, such a shame that it was let go 😞 thank you thank you Ethan for this beautiful explore.. you rock 🥰
Wow! Another absolutely amazing mansion! I'm ready to move in now! Get that little bit of mold taken care of and it's good to go! I even play pool and the table looks like it's in great shape as well! Great find! Thanks for sharing Ethan!😊❤
I’d never afford to own a house like this! I wouldn’t want to clean it either! But then if I could afford a place like that then I could afford a cleaner!
Gorgeous house. I would love this house. The mold starting in the pool room if it is just starting it could be remediated. Wish I had the resources I would love this house !
What do you do? Spritz it with vinegar and baking soda?
The purple lighting in the bar area definitely gives a nightclub vibe!! (I don’t think it is seductive at all!) That whole area is a great entertaining area, with the bar, it’s own bathroom and a fireplace.
Why are houses like this getting destroy. It still looks perfectly in good shape.
Never seen a china cabinet like that! I love this house!
I know! That’s for sure, a cabinet within a cabinet. ❤️
what a lovely house, the stairs it's beautiful, everything it's in good condition,it's huge house Ethan..thumbs up for this video and thanks for share♡
smoke alarms that have a battery they will beep constantly when the battery is dying.
That beeping reminds me one day my mom called me to come over to her house there was a bird loose in the house and she couldn't find it turns out it was the smoke detector battery going dead we had a good laugh about it beautiful house Surprise no swimming pool in or out must be nice to have so much money you can pay to have a mansion destroyed to build another what a waste also that's the biggest kitchen island I've ever seen in a house great for parties I have one I love but not that big
That's a beautiful mansion! Awesome explore and video!🤗💜Love from New Jersey
More I see of the place the more love it 😸 from Melbourne Australia ♥️
Very cool, too bad it's getting torn down.
A lovely 1970's era house, gone.
Thanks for the tour.
Be still my beating heart, that cabinet. Great find!
Now I love this house! I could move in it today. Best kitchen and basement ever.
Wow Ethan What A Beautiful House! Another Awesome Video. Keep Up The Good Work, And Stay Safe. Thank You!
Omg, that's too nice of a house to be knocked down! I love it!
You have a light for your camera! 📷 Nice! If this was my house, I would use that long counter space w/the sink downstairs for flower arranging and/or taking care of indoor plants. This house has aged well.
Hi Ethan!!!! :-) I hope you feeling great. Canada sure has some nice big homes!!! Love that laundry room.
This house is incredible and immaculate!! Even the toilets look comfy 😂 I LOVE the architecture of this one.
Edit: Also - wow! All the intercoms, usually you come across the main one and maybe one or two but not one in nearly every room! So cool. Need to get that pool table out before it molds if it's not already.
Absolutely love this place! Hopefully it gets a second life and not torn down.. 👍
I’d want the room off the kitchen/living area ..... the room up those few steps ..... as my bedroom but then it doesn’t have a door or a ensuite! I love that it has a fireplace!
Okay, that was definitely one of my favorites you have featured! Wow...the brick fireplaces were perfect 👌🏻 ❤️
Thank you. Yes I agree, they’re beautiful
awesome awesome video & Thanx guys ✌✌✌
What a beautiful house! I really liked the wooded area behind the house - it was a perfect balcony to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Have you considered doing voice overs? Just think it would be kind of cool if you researched some of the stuff you find in the house and explain it as you go. I.e. the beeping is coming from a smoke detector that needs a new battery. The staircase off the kitchen is often referred to as a “servant’s staircase”, because it is hidden away and leads to a prep kitchen in the basement. They were very common in victorian homes when the owners needed a whole team to keep the place running. It’s very possible that the family here maybe had somebody hired on to help with the house. Also the attic off the loft isn’t sound insulated, it’s just insulated in general for heat purposes because it’s in the roof system. And the hole in the basement wall is probably for hvac access if they needed to get to the ductwork. I recently worked on a renovation of an 8,000 sq. ft. 1930s mansion, wish I had video of it to share but I have the entire house photographed; absolutely beautiful. Keep up the cool work, man.
I love the mystery of not knowing ALL details..Maybe adding some during and some at the end.
That's even if any story is attached to it.
I like his off the cuff observations, it's different
That house is move in ready. Pristine. I love the windows. Great find. Wow.
Edit.. just saw the basement with the mold.. that would need to be addressed. But, still.. amazing home.
I loved that "party bar" and the pool table was awesome. But my favourite has to be the marble shower. That was amazing.
That house is amazing. Love the kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom especially. Pool table is awesome. The room it’s in isn’t too bad either.
Another amazing one!!! LOVE it! I love the kitchen/family room area. I'd use that room next to the family room as a master bedroom. And beautiful property. Since my family lost our home of 15 years ago, it makes me so sad to see homes like this setting empty to deteriorate or be knocked down.....such a shame.
Smoke alarm, or sensor detector beeping maybe. That cabinet @4:03 was Amazing. So well built, I would love that, The kitchen Stunning the centre island so big. Love the fireplaces. A few of the doors upstairs had orange ribbons on the doors maybe they are keeping those rooms. Seeing the black mould in the basement surely they can get rid of it fix it. I couldn't see why they would tear this home down, it's stunning. Way too big for me, I get lost in a bathtub so being there not for me. Beautifully down video Ethan. Thank you Be safe hugs from Australia xx
Truly was gorgeous. Loved it. And the billiards table was a heck of a find. Thank you for sharing.
I’d love a house that had hidden room, nooks and cupboards etc!
I do also.
Omg not me, when I get home everyday I have to check every wardrobe, cupboard, room under beds or I just can't sleep. Lol crazy no just OCD. So that house omg I would be a wreak. It was a stunning home so big, the woods at the back of the home amazes me scary, we don't have that here in Australia, well where I am that is, we have 7 foot high fences around our properties. You don't see that in America, I've always wondered why. Be safe xxx
@@judytramel6263 😷😊
I absolutely loved this house omg its huge :) another awesome job Ethan :)
With the alarm panel it will beep like that when the battery back up is getting low 😀😀
what a great house awesome video with great content
Loved this house! So very clean. Thank you for the tour.
What an amazing house! Nearly perfect condition other than the mold in the basement.
Wow alot of waste of appliance .That stove an dishwasher is fairly new.I can tell back then was better made wood . aThe Same yr it was built ,I was born.Thank you Ethan for showing us around another amazing house
I love, love, love this house. It is beautiful! What a stunning place to have been able to have lived in. Great find Ethan.
I think this is my favorite house you've toured! It's so immaculate! I couldnt believe my eyes...practically every room was perfect!
Gorgeous house! I absolutely love your videos. Its so sad that these gorgeous houses are being torn down to make ugly modern homes. This house what in almost move in condition, I would love to live here.
Thank you for the video .nice looking home.fire places are smaller then I like.love the built in cabinet.pretty kitchen.my favorite room was the one off from the front door.the master bedroom was nice especially the big window.the basement was nice.
The mold around the lower walls over in the pool area needs to to be removed by a specialist . The deck needs to be checked out and restained .Other than that the house could be renovated a little bit ,and sold for a lot of money .
Wow what a stunning place. Thanks for sharing with us.
Oh my gosh, Ethan, what a beyond amazing house! Thank you from me and my family for the great detail you showed on the tour of t!is beautiful mansion!! Loved it all and got a big kick out of the shelving unit hidden behind the built in china cabinet! .Whole house way to pretty to be demolished and thank you for getting this lovely home on film and taking us all with you to see it

This was a awesome house. I hope it will not be tore down. Favorite the pool table find. Be safe
Another beautiful house! Does anybody else take screenshots of the parts they love? Like the cabinets.
love your videos, much better than most i have seen, thank you, like your hi in the mirrors
Sooo beautiful i would love to live there
This place is beautiful..i can picture me living there...thank you !
This is one of the first videos I’ve seen of yours where they actually took care of the refrigerator. In the event that you need to disconnect the power long term due to moving, storage, or, I dunno, tired of paying for utilities for an abandoned 70s mansion, you leave the doors open, and if possible, tilt it to drain. What ruins these appliances, and possibly the reason you refuse to open them, is that the moisture starts molding from inside. So even if there were no spoiled food left inside, it still could grow mold.
I have a friend that used to do mold in houses very expensive and time-consuming many people just move out and leave everything behind because of it he said
What is up Ethan this place is great thanks 😊 and I love when you get excited really shows your enjoyment love it ♥️
The white carpeting is impeccable for such an older home
Wooooooooww gorgeous !! It’s cleaner than my house !!! Geeez
very nice place and as you said very clean would love to own something like this great find
Great find Ethan so beautiful. I loved the fireplaces and the wall paper.. I hope they dont tear it down😢😢Thank you again I love your videos. Thermostat🤦🤦😂😂lol.. This was the nicest one and so clean.. ❤❤
A lot of nice features in this home! I especially love the view outside from the master bedroom. Thanks Ethan 😊
Hey Ethan, that beeping is definitely the warning of the battery dying in the fire alarm.. great video
The house is so gorgeous!!
Looked great to me. I saw this mansion before, but on Carlo's video. This is another one of my favorites, that yall have Explored.
I love how his channel is starting to bloom. ❤ His videos are great! Always wondering what house is next.
This house is absolutely beautiful. I can't understand why someone would abandon it. I would love to live there. Great video. Keep them coming💖💖
That beeping noise is coming from the smoke alarm. I love your videos!
That was awesome! It would make for one hell of a game of hide and seek. Thanks for sharing this one.
Beautiful home thanks for the Explorer 👍 🤗
I love the house love all the beautiful woodwork. Chirping from smoke detectors was annoyin but still enjoyed ur video
Good grief I love this house. Its so beautiful. The secret hidey holes, the beautiful woodworking throughout is stunning. How crazy are those china cabinets?
I really like it when you bump into your mates & share your shock & awe.
This is easily my favourite so far.
The stairs. The marble.
I cant say enough about this gorgeous house.
It was spectacular and I would love to live in there... Amazing video.. keep up the great work
What a awesome house. I would love to live there.
WOW! just WOW! floor to ceiling marble in the shower, hidden shelves in the china cabinet, pool table, spiral staircase, WHAT IS UP?! They even had toliet paper and soap in the bathroom! 👍❤
Ethan this was a very nice house. Thanks for sharing. Grandma
I want that pool table and the bathroom in the master bedroom and the purple lights by the bar is cool as hell
I just can't understand why do ppl demolish such beautiful houses I say it all the time but it's just crazy to me I guess when new owners take over the property they can do what they want but it bothers me I don't see nothing wrong with this house .
Another beautiful home! Good job Ethan! Those beeps you hear are the batteries going dead in the smoke alarms.
Deng this house is so freken dope ! Best house yet ! I wonder who lived there in the past .. !
I hope they sell it and someone renovated it instead of ripping it down!
Love it! Nice work! That china cabinet was awesome.
Very nice property, absolute shame if they demolished it. The rec or party rooms in these places with the different types of home bars, are always so cool, the lighting makes it even more so. LOL to Carlo maybe it was their purple passion light 🤭😄
That loft above garage with a fireplace 🔥 china cabinet definently awesome 🥰 nice party vibe in basement & what is up Ethan 🤗
I hope to hell they don't tear that beautiful house down
Omg!!!! Look at the staircase it is absolutely beautiful I love the bathroom and the marble I wouldn’t change a thing... What’s Up Ethan
Ha ha. You werent impressed by the little cleaning cubby hole but its fabulous.
We have such tiny houses in the UK that any extra space to hide stuff is a luxury.
The fridge freezer would take up half my kitchen.
Nice house and its so big.Ashame it will be torn down.
The fact that it has electricity and running water probably means someone just left like a month or two early. I think your trespassing or you got permission to go on the property. It’s to nice looking for someone to have left years a go like I’ve seen in other properties.
I thought the same. People don't pay for electricity on abandoned properties.
Omg i would love to live there!!!
So pretty! It's a shame it's being torn down ! I would love it! Beeper sounds like smoke alarm when battery goes needs changed.
Another gorgeous home 👍🏾
If it weren’t for the mold I’d buy this house in a heart beat
I would buy it even with the mould. You can remove the drywall and treat the foundation.
Total amazingly beautiful place Ethan. ❤✌
Absolutely love this place comfortable ❤️😍 & no neighbors, peering over the fence. My sugar is safe.💯💖💣
That basement bar and those lights♡♡♡
The beeping is the fire alarms. They beep to let you know to change the batteries. It's annoying to make you change them, Lol. Beautiful home.
I love this 70's house! Must have been awesome living there. Kids must have loved to play hide n seek in that house so many nooks and crannies to hide in! Just found your channel and love your tours! You find great houses for your videos!
Now did you say that house was going to be torn down? Loved that masterbath and the Ming Vases you guys found. I have a stupid question. Why is it most of the basements in Canada get so moldy? The bathrooms were very nice in this house. Again, another great find guy. It is such a shame so many hoouses that were that well built get torn down for a house that was only built in a months time. Just imagine how long it took for that house to be built, and all the extras that were thought to be put in it. I've talked about the house I grew up in, and it took my parents almost two years to build it. Alot of build ins, personal touches, and an add on. The people who bought our house only changed a few things, but they fell in love with what my parents and some family members built in 1967. You guys be careful and stay safe. Love and respect.
Wow! I absolutely love this one!
Such a beautiful spacious home
What a stunning house Ethan. X
Nice house great video thanks Ethan.
I can't believe they knock these place down
I know right
