I met Tameka years ago when she was eating with her son Kyle at a restaurant in Alpharetta, GA. The woman was so down to earth and gracious and we chatted for about 5 minutes about a documentary I was filming on breast cancer. She told me I should reach out to Dr. Jackie (who was not on Television at the time.) That truly changed my entire opinion of anything negative that I have ever heard about her. She seemed to be a straight shooter who was honest and real and I truly appreciated that.
She is such a BOSS, BEAUTIFUL, STRAIGHT SHOOTER!!! I have always been here for her, she is underrated and EARNED her position. Put some RESPECT on her NAME!!!! ❤👑💐💐 she deserve her flowers 💕

I honestly think outside of the show, and in conversation with Tameka she seems like a cool ass person honestly. I think she comes off mean on the show based on editing and I think she just has no tolerance for superficial people and honestly that’s how I am. She has depth and she doesn’t seem superficial at all, but more so like she doesn’t have time for the fake facades people like to put on. I am the same exact way. I think that’s why I have a soft spot for her. She just seems misunderstood by people bc 95% of the population is superficial.

She was so ahead of her time with thechoices she had for the group..a lot of metallic silver and black patent leather . She gave them a swag and style that showed up in fashion some time later .
