I made this video in honor of Audrey Hepburn who passed away 28 years ago today.
Thank you so much
This is a lovely lovely lovely lovely lovely video 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thank you so much. Audrey was a beautiful human being
Thank you 🙂
Great impression of an incredible woman.
🙏💐
i really like to hear her voice in English. She talked like she was singing. So melodious
She sounds a bit like a member of the royal family when speaking English.
Her spanish was very good even tho she used some Italian words to fill in when she didn’t know the Spanish word. So impressive!!
Audrey is my ultimate role model. She not only inspired me to learn my 6 languages, but also showed me that being attractive doesn't necessarily require big curves (I'm thin like she was) and obvious seduction. She's beautiful, elegant, classy, well spoken, intelligent, and a true lady. Timeless 💖💖💖
*petite* girls are overshadowed by today's bodies ... big & curvy ... every girl is beautiful in her own way and every person ... males and females has their own likings ... but in general, a ''perfect'' woman's body is slim or skinny ... thinner than a man's body, just like Audrey's.
I would love to be as thin as she was.She looked so elegant.
She suffered from debilitating malnutrition in childhood and cancer later in life.
First time to hear her speak German.
It's such a treat to see her speaking German. I wonder if she had any difficulty remembering it.
@@rareaudreyhepburn Do you have the complete video of her speaking german?
Can you please upload it?
Well, her dad (although British citzen) was 3/4 of Austrian and 1/4 of British descent
@@rareaudreyhepburn I imagine it wasn't such a treat for her to learn to speak German given she was forced by the Nazis...
Beautiful, smart, and has a heart. How is she so perfect 😭❤️
the way i've learned about life is perfection has a price to pay. Audrey suffered from wars greatly, and she had some PTSD about it and couldn't play Anne Frank because it would be too traumatic for her. I speculate that she knows so much languages because of her time in war, working with many people from many places with many languages.
my point being, she is perfect, that's undeniable (lol Aurora was inspired by her), but she suffered so much pain that we nowadays could only imagine.
@@Hannari-xt6nr so you hate her PARENTS because THEY were evil? Okay. I don't see how that proves anything about Audrey. She is a humanitarian because she suffered through wars. Using your logic, I should hate american or japanese people since their forefathers were colonialists too, right? I don't understand how parents' sins should also burden their child even if they are doing good things in life.
You can tell Dutch is her native language. All her others are fantastic too, what a talent.
Yep, she was born in Belgium!
Ze was al Nederlands maar het is echt verbazingwekkend dat ze 6 talen spreekt
She learnt Dutch from her mother but she learnt French when she lived in Belgium
She showed us "Who is the angel if we can see in this earth", she was a great human being not only just a great actress...
Beauty, talent, smart, kindness, and humility. What else is there? I miss her.....
I agree with one of the commenters below that her voice was the most beautiful and perhaps natural (as one might expect) in Dutch. In speaking speaking English in 1954, she displayed the most elegant English (to American ears) accent. I also thought that she sounded similarly fluid and euphonious in French. She sounded so happy and unforced in Dutch, however. (And I don't speak a word of Dutch.)
As a native dutch speaker I can attest that her dutch is of an almost royal quality...upper class and sophisticated....some may call it affected but it certainly is of a class you rarely hear anymore in the netherlands today
She was Dutch but was schooled in England. One reviewer said her voice was a velvety purr. I agree with that.
@music_postt Stop! Troll! She was born and raised outside of Arnhem.
No she was english first. Her dad was english. None of her 3 names are dutch.
Her nationality was actually British
You chose the best clips! And I’ve always heard she spoke German as well. Glad to finally see a clip of it.
Thank you! I truly appreciate your kind words. My friend reminded me of her trip to Munich and it just so happened I had that video in my collection. I was so delighted to find that clip of her speaking German. It's so rare to see her speaking German. Maybe we'll find more footage in the future.
@@rareaudreyhepburn her German is really great, too. Pronounciation is on Point :)
@@SchocoMacGirl Well, she has an accent. But who cares? I smiled, hearing her in my own language. It is like a gift.
@@SchocoMacGirl nah it ain’t lol
She was lovely in any language.
She speaks Spanish with the same accent as Laura Pausini, she even mixed ya está vaccinata, in Italian.
Of course, she knew German, she lived in Amsterdam occupied by the SS for 6 years, they needed to follow their orders.
What a fair lady! So much elegance, kindness and royalty. Nowadays, you hardly will flnd women like her.
She is my inspiration and I wanna speak all the languages she did 😯
She was gorgeous in every language but hearing her speaking Dutch makes the sun shine.
Lovely video!
She just brought light wherever she went!
This is wonderful hearing Miss Audrey Hepburn speaking in different languages,
having the opportunity to speak other languages other than your own is refreshing
and rewarding. God bless miss Audrey Hepburn she will always be missed not
just in the Entertainment world bur her fans too. A wonderful down to earth
Hollywood Great, I still miss having the opportunity to correspond with you.
and will treasure the correspondents I had from you for life. Kim P.
She' adorable ! God bless 😍🤍🌟🔥🍀🕯🙏🏼
I grew up speaking French and Spanish. She was fully fluent in her native Dutch and the related German.
English was flawless
Italian was excellent
French was trés bién aussi
Her Español was less than stellar but understandable. She had bigness of soul, a true savant and best summed in one word:
Braveheart
Wat a wonderful woman....
What a beauty!
The Dutch interview is generally available with a translation on RUclips and is amazing, she is so lovely.
What an amazing woman……❤️
She’s beautiful polite talented and just so inspirational and sweet I inspire to be just like her 💗💗💗
It's a shame she only made films in English. There's enough English actresses (can't think of an actor offhand) who made French films: Charlotte Rampling, Jane Birkin, Kristen Scott-Thomas. Audrey Hepburn would have been great in French films. Then there's people like Omar Sharif. He acted in Arabic, French and Italian, as well as English.
Inesquecível essa pequena...grande mulher...excelente atriz...poliglóta, e uma graça de criatura de Deus🙏💟
Amazing!
I always suspected that she knew German, though until now i had never seen her speak it. I figured that she myst have learned some during her war time experiences.
Audrey Hepburn was One In A Million.
RIP Sweet Audrey❤
Her Spanish is with a Madrid accent. She was a remarkable person with speaking 6 languages fluently!
Amo profundo 💛💛💛💛💛💛
Fantastica Audrey Hepburn.
Donna unica ❤️
I miss her 😢
Happy Audrey Hepburn’s Birthday!
wonderful human! wish more were like her
Meravigliosa Haudrey ❤
J ai toujours adoré cette femme splendide et gracieuse qui nous a laissé un héritage inoubliable
Her as Ondine is just beautiful ♡ Her eyes are amazing and she seemed to have such lovely plump lips :) Her beauty aside though, she was also a lovely, intelligent lady.
Oltre ad essere superlativa nella bellezza, era un genio assoluto!😍
Además de insultantemente guapa inteligente.
I am wondering how could she speak fluent italian already back in 1965? Her husband was Mel Ferrer until 1968, then married italian Andrea Dotti in January 1969 so guess she moved to Italy around that time….
One way or another Audrey was extremely talented, beautiful and marvelous! She lives in our hearts forever!
There’s a photo book named “Audrey in Rome” that chronicles the twenty some years Audrey living in Rome. It was divided into three sections, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Apparently Audrey had lived in Italy long before she married her second husband.
I don't know if it's just about that period of time when actresses sounded very elegant but she reminds me so much of an Egyptian actress Fatin Hamama. They both had the same vibes and spoke very beautifully and they could speak multiple languages.
Miss that in nowadays actors.
I could only dream of this. I know Spanish but am not fluent. She is in at least six. Amazing.
Me encantó su acento en español ❤
🖤🕊
Quelle classe❤❤
Where did you get that Italian footage? 1965? Amazing!
Bro she sounds like a native german speaker😭😭
there tiktok girls...that's talent.
1:25 OMG Didnt know she was able to speak a little bit of spanish 🥰🥰
Wow! She was the real deal! She was not haughty about it either. 😍
Would love to see subtitles so I could know what she was saying, especially the parts that people laughed for!
perfect accents, i would say
She was iconic for sure..
❣️❣️ ❣️
💖
Nice skills.
Her German was flawless
Rest well Audrey..💔😔 for her talents and how she pronounces her other languages, but was better with English👍
LEGEND🌈
Damn, I really wish we could’ve cloned her! She was a rare specimen, and basically an angel here on Earth during her lifetime! 😥
Un❤️💐 Audrey 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
Her Spanish was Italiono haha but lovely like always
I never thought she can speek german ! 😱
I’d assume she’d learned during Nazi occupation and didn’t get the opportunity to speak it much otherwise
@@thehopeofeden597 maybe because she have to survive the war by speaking german.
Her German was perfect ❤
That little bit of Spanish was pretty good.
The most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. Breathtaking ❤
The most beautiful woman who ever lived. I’ve not yet found a man who disagreed.
Woah what a woman 😏
Anne Frank and Audrey Hepburn were born in Holland in 1929 and lived only a short distance apart. While the Frank family hid in the secret annex in Amsterdam, Audrey and her non-Jewish family faced different challenges during World War II. Audrey nearly starved to death, her uncle was executed, and her brother was sent to a concentration camp. Audrey herself participated in the Dutch resistance, performing in ballets to raise money for the cause.
Years later, when Audrey became a famous actress, she was offered the role of Anne Frank in a film about her life. Despite Otto Frank's request, Anne's father, she refused because she felt too close to the story and could not handle the emotional burden of playing the role. Hepburn said it was as if it had happened to her own sister, and she felt the pain and tragedy too deeply.

Hermosa mujer 😍
Extraordinaria actriz!
Hermoso ❤️ ser humano 😍
Te extrañamos mucho 😔
Vivirás siempre en nuestros corazones 🥰🥰❤❤
Desde México 🇲🇽🙏👏🤓❤️👏
Spanish is a tough one to learn when it comes to all the insane amount of lingo in every Spanish speaking country...
….and some can‘t even speak their native language…fluently
Today's actors can barely speak english.
Well her father was English
She mixed spanish and italian
Well everyone mix spanish and italian , are almost the same , they can clasify a dialect for me 😅
The Spanish example 💀
qué pasa con eso
Santina subito,papa Francesco ⁉️
Sé vuoi salvare la chiesa.......... 💛
Un x Audrey,Papa Francesco***❤

Beautiful women

A very nice video, but there is a language she couldn't read or speak like a native: German. What she says: Ich danke inhen von ganzem Herzen. Das ist einen wundershönen Abend... This is common, I'm from Argentina. I've learnt some German and still I can't say I speak or read the language properly. The rest, very impressive. Spanish: Very clear. Another language she could not speak like a native. This is not Hollywood. Try to live reality. I love my Fair Lady!!! P.S: Nobody can learn German from Goebels, be real!
MOTHER
Dutch?? or holland?
Dutch is the language spoken in Holland and Flemish part of Belgium. Her mother was actually a Dutch noble woman and they lived in Belgium, Holland and UK during her childhood.
@@Roxjetlagged In the Netherlands. 'Holland' is really just a set of two provinces: north and south Holland.
♥️♥️♥️😌
