I have added many mods to Skyrim, a few you have mentioned here as well. It is absolutely incredible how gorgeous the game is today. The modding community are very talented. I will say that many of the mods are rather complicated to enable, so many hoops to go through, and even then, sometimes they do not work properly. It is still a delight to play through the game with all of the enchancements though.
You know there's a lot of love when, with some mods, you need the best graphics card on the market to run a 12 year old game. Not only that but it has mods to cover everything from low end pc's all the way up. Thank you modders! I just started modding like a week ago. So, also, thank you to the youtubers who have tutorials on this stuff. You've allowed someone who's horrible with computers to have a great looking skyrim.

I think the Wizkid farmhouse textures (even without parallax) and Northern Farmhouse combo is so good I got rid of all my town overhauls. It looks so, so good. Love your content!

This is a lesson that I and most likely all of us learn as we mod: "try to keep it as simple as possible"!
When i started to mod, I used so many mods to achieve a result that could have been done with a smaller list,
giving me a more stable game and room for more mods in other categories.
What you present here is a very good choice of mods that make a great looking game to start with.

That´s what I would call User friendly provided mod list with a noiccce showcase. Long time ago that I last modded Skyrim by myself without Wabbajack. But your pretty list here leet me think about investing some extra time for a good old handmade experience. :D

Thank You very much!.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm new on Skyrim Anniversary and I watched your video many times and now I have a beautiful modded Games. I think you have by far the best approach to modding, with detailed technical explanations in a calm voice, very easy to follow. I downloaded your mod list and chose about 80 mods not having a very powerful computer (gtx 1660 6GB Ryzen 5500 16 Giga Ram). Your video on improving technical performance was also very helpful. I can hold an average of 35 FPS. I think it took me around 45 hours to mod the game but it was absolutely fun to see every aspect slowly improve. I think the most important leap in quality was given by ENB Bersekier and parallax stuff. The water and rocks are amazing not to mention Lux Origin of Forest plus Folkvangr and Cathedral flowers gave amazing realism and beauty. On NPC I tried Interesting characters and DiBella Blessing that you didn't put but I'm only at the beginning and I can't judge. I'm thinking to buy a radeon 6600 8GB, Do you think I can increase the frame rate?

@@DeafMatch pfusher aio is a texture replacer. look at the mod page and see if it covers things you currently have in your LO and replace them. JPSteel's grass mod (northern grass i believe its called) is a grass replacer. If youre using a grass replacer like folkvangr or qw grass patch 2 or any of the other hundreds of grass mods, replace it with that one

Great selection. Recording quality could be better though. I suggest everyone try out the following additions to the list: ERM - Enhanced Rocks and Mountains, Natural Waterfalls, Morning Fogs SSE - Thick Fog, and the snow combo Nordic Snow + Simplicity of Snow + Edmond's HD Nordic Snow with Parallax. I also dislike the Berserkyr ENB, as it's too bright and vibrant for me. Going for the natural look the best is Rudy ENB for NAT 3 or for better performance and arguably realism, the old masterpiece Visceral ENB SSE with one of the supported weather plugins.

I wish stuff like this was made into a Wabbajack mod list. Without the gameplay changes, just the graphics overhauls and character model and texture changes.
Looks amazing. I honestly I’m not a fan of ALL the water being tropical blue. I like the alpine forests having that natural, dark, bottomless look

Your videos are always great, and you probably have the best looking game I've seen. All your videos are useful and I usually find at least one or two cool mods to add. Have you used Nature of the Wildlands? I know you mentioned forest debris, but I've wanted to try it out but it looks extremely taxing😅

The new update for Traverse the Ulvenvald has the option for some great summer (green) aspens for the Rift. Not sure if they had it before, but this was the first time I remember seeing the option.
Can you make tutorial how to install exactly as you have? Or upload as modpack, not modlist?
So with the graphics mods you recommended, I have about 40 installed. Most mod pages on Nexus provided a specific load order like the Berserkyr ENB should be loaded after the rest of the graphic mods. But some of the other ones either don’t give a load order recommendation or are obscure.
So, could link your load order for your graphic mods?

I was looking to get into modding skyrim I was curious whether its realy complicated or not also is there any pc parts a modded version is taxing on. Ive got a ryzen 5600x and a 3060ti and 32gb of ram is that OK?

Depends on the mods you install. I have a 940m but still have 100 mods installed and the game runs better than unmodded! XD
I think the current load order I'm making has 500 plus mods lol but that is counting patches and other misc items
skyrim modding is very very taxing but those specs seem great! make sure to focus a lot on optimization though. it can get a bit complicated but simple graphics stuff is easy enough.
i have a decently (maybe not considered heavy?)modded load order and im running on a 3070. my performance is honestly pretty great so you should be good. just be careful and try and play it safe if needed :)
Using and rtx 2060 and things... could be better, but an rtx 3060ti? That is great for modding.

I absolutely want to try this as a base
It's missing a few things to be a complete modlist (NPCs, DLCs, animations, SKSE base plugins...), but it seems to be a very solid base
There's just a few things I'd change, I think I would go with ReShade instead of ENB. Not because I don't have a powerful PC, but I came to realize in these few months I cannot accept the FPS to go lower than 50, and with ENB, it's guaranteed to have a crappy performance.
Because of that, I'd have to swap out Water for ENB for something else (Realistic Water Two is what I use currently), and the rest should be compatible with Community Shaders.
Yes, Yes, I know, ENB has more features and bla bla, it's just that I slightly prioritize more performance over visuals, and honestly the only big downside I personally see in not using ENB is that Water for ENB doesn't make sense to use

Seems good reshade are great too, i don't think complex parallax will work without any ENB either but there are ways getting around that i believe with Vanilla POM
@@SoftGamingOfficial Actually, Community Shaders received big updates recently and it now has an improved shader for Complex Parallax
On the Nexus it's called: Complex Parallax Materials
So, even parallax should work good now

Just letting everyone know that the Roads mod featured in this video is incredibly impressive, but it's not recommended for beginners(Also mentioned in the video). I suggest starting with (Nordic Northern Roads) if you're new to modding. It may not be as advanced, but it's still a good option and much easier to use.
Nordic Northern Roads is a retexture of Northern Roads but can also be used without from what i have seen
Do I need all the DLC's for the modlist to work or is having the normal Skyrim base game fine?

Great mod list, Thanks. After installing all the mods, MO2 shows that folkvangr mod made Fall Forest mod redundant. Did this happen to you as well?
BTW you dont need to enable the complexparallaxshadow and complexterrainparallaxshadow for parallax to work. That saves you a good chunk of GPU performance.
In the trees section, you showed happy little trees as vanilla..
I wonder if you have a mod list / mod pack that you use for your own enjoyment. would love to see what mods you use personally, I've been modding on xbox and have just moved to pc. So when I found you these small collections have been giving me good ideas of what I might add, but I would love to see what you're entire mod list consists of. or if you have a pack made on Nexus. (If the Modlist in the description is the modlist you use for yourself Ignore my rambling)

A lot of work, but it's worth it IMO particularly if you have a light mod list

Config Tested on 1.6.640 (most mods, except all the Nordic road related mods and the optional static meshes), as with any other mod, ENB water has issues with LOD, must be fixed manually, and this is probably my issue because I did something wrong, but the darkness is very dark, the shadows are insanely dark, when it rains is dark af like in Silent Hill

However, I notice that for some of the mods, they require some mod dependencies not included in the video description. I'm not installing these dependencies. Will I have any problems?
if you look at his mod list(bottom of description) most of them are included if not all, i think we're meant to chase all the reqs as we go

This is an amzing modlist, thank you so much for sharing! I am modding my Skyrim too and I will definitely add some of these to my game. However, can I ask what GPU and CPU you have and how many fps you have when playing? I am struggling with my fps so I want to compare my setup to yours, because if yours is the same level, but you are running it with better fps then I might as well switch to your modlist completely.
I have a 3070 so not amazing by any means. I get 50-60 fps in exterior regions and 80-100+ in interiors, which im happy with

I regret following modding guide made in 2021 .. It'll be such a pain to reinstall all these new mods

after installing these mods, I had some really strange road issues; there would be uneven terrain, some really deep trenches that npcs would fall into, and in some places, the road would cut off and then start with a different texture a few feet lower or higher with the side of the road that cut off being invisible. Better Dynamic Snow was also causing a 100% consistent crash to desktop around the shrine of Mehrunes Dagon. the crash stopped after I disabled it
other than these issues, it looks really good. but I'm not sure what's causing the conflicting road issues
Hi the roads is almost certainly because of Northern Roads if youre using that

br ? sim, 4k as texturas sao feitas pra jogar em 4k.. qualidade altissima entao vai pedir muito do seu pc.. eng - yes, 4k res mods are meant to be extremely detailed and will make your pc cry, 2k is less detailed but also less performance hungry

Was just wondering were you just using the Lux Via resources only without the road additions (since those are a requirement for Lux and Lux Orbis)? I am trying to sort out some load order inconsistencies and I am wondering if Lux Via is the source of the conflicts.

Biggest challenge for me is the drawcall limit of skyrim, demanding nothing but the best cpu's available, specifically the x3d cpu's from amd.

SKYRIM is a Nordic territory that always has cloudy and humid weather. Are there mods that reflect that? Most seem to be caribbean vegetation mods with sun and white earth like white

I installed everything, but now light is incredibly bright and my vision is very blurry. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?
Trying to get this to work, downloaded the mods for landscape, problem is - one mod requires 4 additional mods to be installed, then one of those additonal mods needs another 4 mods for that to work, this is endless and I haven't even got to tree section yet....
I’ve been trying to install all of these mods with the other mods that are required for some of these, but I end up with conflicts left and right and can never get my Skyrim launching. I give up.

I bought the Epic Games version, but I can't find any ENB that is compatible with this version, all of them only work on Steam.
How do you get your Flora to cover all the area? I use Skyland AIO and Skyrim flora overhaul, but it always results in very patchy grass, with many grasses missing, even after tweaking the Ini settings to what they should be.
Not sure, I don't use that grass mod. Sometimes grass mods have their own ini so I would check in there. If you want dense grass setting the number to 40 should work
i downloaded everything in this order but nothing but issues game crashes, its not easily explained what to do once in the downloaded mods like what options to tick, its still a pain in the ass
I'm a noob, so let me ask a noob question: There are tons of versions of Skyrim out there, which ones are these mods compatible with? Anniversary? Legendary? true Vanilla?....?
Also, what hardware specs would you say are needed to run these mods?
