The best artist's in both genres push multiple meaning's into every lyric and try to deal with real raw emotions. It's also a little difficult for new listeners to get the full effect of the track because it takes time and practice to keep up with the lyrics due to the speed or style of the genre.

Joey Jordison the Drummer died in 2021. You will find that many Vocalists in Metal can use both Cleans and Harsh. There's also a fair amount that have a Rapping style. Cabin Boy Jumped Ship and From Ashes To New are 2 more bands that have this type of Rap/Metal style.
