See, how Makinen and Lindstrom are delighted for their teammates? You never se that anymore, anywhere in the sport.
I remember watching this as 11 year old live on Eurosport...and I'm sad that these days are gone forever...

Diría que ese es Gronholm, sobretodo en base a su personalidad. Pero sí, grandes ambos.

look how supportive tommi was :) its hard to see that from a former champion

    • @JurekBogdanowicz

Well, when you know mid-season that your championship is far away, then you naturally rather focus on helping. Its more satisfying to focus on one simple and realistic task, rather than tryharding when the chance is so small and you got already 4 titles anyway

this is why the wrc needs petter. emotions like that. Solberg and Hirvonen are the only two who can realistically beat Loeb.

2004 to 2012 will be the highest dominant championship wins by Sebastian Loeb Citroen Xsara, C4 and DS3

  • @AlejjSi

Also he was leading athe end of day 2, which meant he was on the road after Loeb, si even if it was by some seconds, he would have known Loeb's time and the time he has to set to win

Can any rallly fans just confirm something for me. Is it correct that Petter hasn't technically won the championship until he signs into final time control.
So if say in a horrible case of bad luck his car breaks down whilst he is driving to final time control he would lose the title

I think noone ever celebrated a wrc title that loud? Loeb/ogier/tanak/kalle are rather cold guys. Cool gzys as well but we need this ADHD-guys in wrc again. That was cool and brought fans
