Guided Meditation - Grounding Heart

  • Hi there!
    In this meditation we apply some love to the heart center through deep breathing and grounding. We focus on a sense of stability from the Earth to help the heart feel safe enough to soften. We use the lotus hand mudra to slow down the "winds" of the heart, which can keep us busily flying through our day, giving ourselves the opportunity to find space away from distractions and nurture our needs.
