Lol. . .yes, occasionally I like to enduldge a little bit before I jump into meditation mode. I try not to as I want to get to a point where I can manifest without being guided by voice or substance. I feel like that would be the ULTIMATE high!! 😀
Try wearing a darkening sleep mask over your eyes while you're floatin' around. It definatley enhances the experience. 😎✌

@@irielion3748fantasizing/daydreaming is basically the same thing as manifesting and I don't truly believe that's a thing..but it's always worked really well, so no shame if it helps one sleep, which in reality, is truly something everyone needs and deserves ❤️
if by “unproven fantasy crap” you’re referring to spirituality or faith in a higher power I’d suggest taking a look in the mirror. people are using it to live content, peaceful lives and look at you. Miserable in the comment section. I hope you find a way to heal bud
I would love to have at the end of this meditation another 40 mins of just background music. For some reason if I am not fully asleep by the time the spoken meditation ends, I get woken up by the absence of sound.

I've tried a lot of other sleep meditation videos, but this is the only one that knocks me out every night. Thank you for this and other videos. I always have had trouble sleeping, but this one really helps!

Thank you for this, this really made my day after I was upset over my parents for sneaking and lying and for binge eating and I got punished for No sugar and they pay more attention to my money. Thanks again for helping me calm down with this relaxation video. I’m still a little upset though, but a lot less than I am right now.
As I was relaxing body I kept on taking these big yawns as it went on I noticed I started to feel this pain (where there was no pain before) it got so distracting I had to stop unfortunately.
I look forward to doing these more on the regular

I'm sorry you're struggling, things will get better and you'll make peace with your situation and be less haunted by a negative past, I'm sure, sometimes I splash myself with cold water at work and try to numb my skin and shake my arms really hard when I start spiraling about how much I hate myself, and I try to get out of my head and back into my body... sighing sometimes too, just starting with an exhale instead of an inhale... Square breathing, nostril breathing... child's breath...I hope this helps..❤️ I know what it's like to get emotional over someone...to mourn the loss of their presence and to miss them... it'll be ok, and if this brought up a sensitive subject, I'm so sorry. 🥺❤️
