This is incredibly powerful for me. In the middle of doing this meditation I got the vision of mother universe that I dearly love, my great grandma and my grandmother to come in and blessed me and I bowed down and accepted their blessing. I also got a vision of the father of the universe and my love one coming to blessed me and showed me how loved I am. I ended this meditation with so much love and to reprogram my subconscious brain to sleep more with east, peace and safety ness. There are so much love to talk about that I forgot what I saw at the end of the meditation. Thank you so much dear love for every of your great meditation. I love you so much. May god blessed you more with LOVE. ❤🙏🧘♀️
I know this beautiful meditation is meant for bedtime, but is anyone else listening to this before heading off to a double wrestling and jiu-jitsu session? 😂. I just need a cup of tea first to wake me up a bit ❤🙏
Idk what it was about trying to affirm that my not-getting-heavy body was actually getting heavy that made me lose focus and crawl up but I guess this isn't the one for me to fall asleep to tonight😂 hopefully I can find another and not hyper focus on my breathing and get distracted from trying to relax
