- In this video I'm down the Gold Coast post Classic putting some pieces of the puzzle together for next year. The best part of fishing big events like this is seeing how others approach their fishing and learning new ways to tweak the way you fish and expand your knowledge of a particular species or location. This session is what that is all about, fishing areas I don't often fish with lures and techniques that I don't utilise enough in my general day to day fishing. This session was absolutely crazy with the amount of things going on and so many amazing interactions with the aquatic underwater world it's not funny. This one is well worth a watch.

That deep technique I was running 1/2oz mate just to bomb the bottom and up and down between the rocks and represent it as quickly as possible.

Just hitting spot lock on the remote mate. It’s a GPS anchor on the electric motor, keeps you in the one spot if you’ve gotta dick around.

Spin rod with heavy jig head and thicker gauge hook no good. Should’ve be running that casting rod the whole time.
