Great video. I cant train currently because of injury but the great thing about the resistance bands is that you can adjust the amount strength needed and still work on your coordination. Thank you!

Just wonder how to set up the band on the column nice and tight? Isn’t it be easily broken when it only twines on a string?
it seems to me that he made several loops on that string and then a knot. I suppose he made a prussik knot
Just cut pullup band in center and if its atill short, tie knot called water knot.
